Sent with the Wrong batteries. Only had one plus battery and others 2 were the 249g ones. Will be returning

I got this DJI mini 4 in the mail in a plain unmarked box. Inside was just the bag with the drone, controller, batteries and some parts. I'm not sure what was missing but it had a very used appearance with no tags, wrappers or instructions. The first time I turned it all on, I got a camera error message with a blurred image. It was totally unusable from the first power on. But I did get some nice pictures from the previous owner still loaded up on it. After seeking guidance (no help at all) online, I returned in a local store with no offer of a replacement or help getting repairing. They just shrugged their shoulders at me and sent me away with a credit card credit. I didn't even get my money back. RIP Best Buy, you're not gonna last.

Drone does not work properly. Video is very shaky, not smooth at all. Best Buy refuses to take the drone back, they stated I had 15 days to return, I was told by Geek Squad online that I had 90 days. Best Buy told me to call DJI, DJI does not support their drones purchased through a 3rd party. If you want a drone, with purchase protection I would purchase directly from DJI, not Best Buy. I am disputing my purchase.

Very well made drone, a lot of fun to fly. Geek squad did an excellent job of refurbishing. You cannot tell it was used.

Very happy with this purchase. It's exactly what I ordered. It saved me about $300.00 and it works just like a brand new unit.

Everything came in good shape. The package came early. The drone flew well and only had around 1 minute of fly time.

It came with all the parts. Batteries cycle life was great

At this point best buy should just get rid of geek squad because they suck so bad. What a surprise another certified refurbished item that came visibly broken. Why is there no accountability? Track the employees who certified broken items and fire them! Stop selling broken trash. Then customer service has me drive to my local best buy just for them to not cary replacement parts so they had to just order and send to my house. Thanks for having me drive all the way down to a store just to have someone order it online and wait more days. I feel like you owe me a half tank of gas now too. Probably wont shop at best buy ever again. Too many competitors to allow stuff like this to happen and think customers will cone back.

It takes long time for the remote control to connect, typically more than 10 minutes. This pretty much makes the remote useless.

Recieved item that was not refurbished but essentially just repackaged. Sensors were broken on arrival. Geek squad did nothing to help. Resistance to fix the problem at every turn so just returned and bought directly from DJI. Actually refurbed and with a warranty just a $150 difference.

Do not buy anything refurbished from best buy. Geek squad certified!? They sold me refurbished with no accessories and drone was banged up! This was the second failed drone
