At this point best buy should just get rid of geek squad because they suck so bad. What a surprise another certified refurbished item that came visibly broken. Why is there no accountability? Track the employees who certified broken items and fire them! Stop selling broken trash. Then customer service has me drive to my local best buy just for them to not cary replacement parts so they had to just order and send to my house. Thanks for having me drive all the way down to a store just to have someone order it online and wait more days. I feel like you owe me a half tank of gas now too. Probably wont shop at best buy ever again. Too many competitors to allow stuff like this to happen and think customers will cone back.

It came out of box doing exactly what I needed it to do! Great deal!

It takes long time for the remote control to connect, typically more than 10 minutes. This pretty much makes the remote useless.

Recieved item that was not refurbished but essentially just repackaged. Sensors were broken on arrival. Geek squad did nothing to help. Resistance to fix the problem at every turn so just returned and bought directly from DJI. Actually refurbed and with a warranty just a $150 difference.

The wrong done model was in the box. I ordered DJI Mini 4 pro, but I received Mini 3 model instead.

Do not buy anything refurbished from best buy. Geek squad certified!? They sold me refurbished with no accessories and drone was banged up! This was the second failed drone

Can’t review it yet I received wrong product and a getting refunded so I can order it when it goes in sale again. I dunno I wish the cashier would have helped me order but she was upset I was asking questions so I just ordered the easiest one. But the help squad said after I get refunded they will help me choose the right drone that I want

I was pretty skeptical buying a refurbished drone based on reading prior reviews being hit and miss, but I have to say that it was actually in near new condition. It took me awhile to confirm whether everything was working (camera, sensors, tracking features, etc), but to the best of my understanding they actually do. Overall a pretty good deal as it included the Flymore Combo pkg with extra batteries. Only complaint is that one of the 3 batteries is already not fully recharging anymore. One day after the return possibility ended.

I had to order this drone twice. The first time the drone arrived with the wrong controller and a batrery that didn’t belong to the drone. These items should have been caught by the team doing the refubishment. Best Buy is unable to offer much support other then return and reorder which I had to wait a few weeks for the item to come back in stock. The second unit I purchased was exactly as promised. A refurbished drone that I was still able to get DJI refresh insurance on after I sent in verification to DJI the drone worked. I

I purchased a Refurbished DJI Mini 4 Pro that should have come with a Fly More Combo and had you all ship it to my friend in Florida. What he received was a unit that DIDN'T INCLUDE THE FLY MORE PACKAGE. He said it was also missing the control knobs for the controller, had only one battery, there was no pamphlet with info about the drone, no carrying case, and there was no protective packing in the box it came in. Knowing this happened was the worst experience I have had with a store I've ever had. It turned what should have been a very happy anticipated moment and experience for my friend into a confusing, disappointing, and frustrating state of affairs that is still ongoing. The future of my relationship with Best Buy has diminished and depending on how this matter is handled, I'll choose if I'll ever do business with Best Buy again. I was surprised when I heard him tell me this because I had purchased the exact same refurbished drone and when I received it, it was like brand new. Could it be packing issues? Or worse, I wonder if it could be theft in your own stores or theft enroute to the point of delivery?

Mini 4 is the way to go i have a question tho my drone was stolen from my car some low life tweaker stole it out of my car now i know when i purchased it I remember them say something about a warranty now. Does that cover theft to or just if I damaged it

The person(s) who bought this before me switched the batteries to different ones. Bestbuy wouldnt help me and just said I need to return it.

Can't complain for a refurbished unit. I didn't see any damage or wear. Blades were new. Came with 3 + batteries as described.

No assistance. No clear info before purchase. No procedures explained before purchase. I've cancelled my order after Best Buy fail on my delivery day with a email, telling me that I have to wait 2 more weeks to get the drone (if not, I will get a reimbursment). They don't tell you that this kind of items have to pass trough a verification process. They don't do that will the item it's on their hands, so you have to wait more time than expected, absolutely insane. Now, I hope that my refund don't take as long as their fail "delivery", since I'm paying with my debit card.

Not happy with the price increases for the refurbished models. A week ago this was $850.
