These batteries are not cheap and they don't last long in flight.

It was broken after 5-10 cycles!

Then this battery was broken after three flights. The temperature in Iceland is around 0-4 degree, which is perfectly in the range of work temperature. I cannot come up with any clue what outside condition would cause this battery to broke. I suspect this battery's quality. And the worst part is DJI will not support it as I bought it on BestBuy and certainly there is no custom support on BestBuy too!

The poorest excuse for a battery ever.

In order to prevent this you must store at 40-60 percent charged. They last 12 minutes when fully charged. Call DJI, no help just confirmation from above with no offer for a solution other than to buy more batteries. Ugh! Really?
