Got my battery and it works fine. Used it once or twice. Only issue I had was that it looked… dirty. Hard to explain but it was a little dingy. I plugged it into my mavic after fully charging it and the battery status was fine and checks out. The serial number gives me no indication that it was a refurbished unit. Also the battery and box have matching serial numbers as well. Probably not the fault of Best Buy. Just my experience. If I purchase another battery it will probably be through Best Buy again.

I bought the mavac and knew I would need extra batteries to have extra long fun. I bought 2 extra batteries to use. The batteries are a breeze to switch out and charging did not take long.

Best Buy does not fail to amaze me with fantastic stock and great pricing. First battery purchased was a DOA but that’s not the store fault. These batteries can’t be tested prior to leaving. They swapped it out no problem with a smile on their faces. Would overall recommend.

The battery works well. In the future battery technology will improve greatly but for now this works pretty well with about 20 to 25 minutes of use.

What can i say, you cant have enough back up batteries. I have the main plus three and rotate the usage. Just pop one out and plug in the next and you are flying again in minutes

This battery works as you would expect it, gives you about 22 to 25 minutes of juice and adds more fun time for your drone flights!

I have 4 battery packs for my mavic. They charge fast and hold the charge well. They will also auto discharge if left in storage for too long. Smart compact attractive

Most batteries don't last as long as published. I now have three of these batteries. They all go longer than what is published. They charge fast also.

I needed an additional battery for my mavic and was able to pick up at Best Buy the same day. I get about 25 mins of flight time and takes about 45 mins to charge.

These batteries are excellent. They last the advertised 28 minute flight time even in strong winds. They charge fully in less than an hour. Excellent technology

These batteries are great. They charge fast, last long and you don't need to worry about managing them. Be sure to read up how they self discharge to maintain.

Great to have an extra battery on hand for those long photo shoots. About 1.5 hours of charge time which translates to appox. 25 minutes of flight time.

This battery is the same as what comes with the DJI Mavic Pro. You will need a spare because having only a 20 minute flight time is probably not enough time to get your video/photo set up, take all the video footage you need and be done. The second battery extends your flight time by double! Also, for the price the flight time is about the same as the Phantom 4 but costs less. Do not buy cheap chinese batteries because the drone may not accept it and could shut off mid-flight. NOT GOOD. the DJI original equipment should be bought for the DJI original Mavic Pro.

This battery was purchased as a backup for my drone. I like the fact that it has a charge indicator to let you know how much charge is on your battery. It is also a smart battery that discharges itself when stored for a long period of time.

Always great to have spare batteries for more flight time love the smart feature of these batteries great product highly recommend

Extra battery well worth the purchase as it makes flying the drone much more enjoyable being able to fly for more time.

The bundle is great for the price is sold on my opinion, can’t go wrong with an extra battery and props for the Drone, the case is also a win

I loved this battery for my drone, it loads fast and it's efficient, the lights indicate how much battery I have and when it finishes charging.

Not much to discuss here. The battery works as advertised. Charges quickly and seems to hold the charge well. I have 3 and all seem the same.

DJI accessories and parts are the best. Mavic Pro smart Battery works excellent,it always great to have a couple of extra for more flight time.
