What can I say DJI speaks for itself!!! This drone is flawless! I have researched for a while and have been conflicted on a “perfect drone for me”. My biggest concern was the price, I wasn’t big on paying that kind of money for something I was worried I would crash. But let me tell you with this drones sensors it’s almost impossible. After I flew it a few times and got the hang of the controls I was flying with confidence. The quality of the video and picture performance of this thing are absolutely amazing. It is so smooth as well so it makes for absolute amazing video quality. The zoom feature is just an added bonus. For the professional photographer/videographer this is a must for your arsenal. There are so many settings to capture endless shots! If you honestly want a drone get this one, you will be glad you did!

This is my 3rd DJI drone and it's just amazing. I had the Phantom 3 Standard, Spark, and now this guy which is finally perfect all around. Range is great - I've taken it out 3 miles. 360 collision avoidence, 32 min flight time, 4K and true optical zoom. The software is great, polished and user friendly, smart AI. Only downside that people should be aware of is that if you are a DJI Goggles owner, standard or Racing Edition, there is a transmission problem that is widely reported among users that severely limits the drone's video transmission range using the goggles to around 1000 ft. DJI is yet to acknowledge or provide a fix, but it's suspected to be due to the stock controller. However, if you get the Smart Controller or combo with that newer controller, the issue goes away, so be aware of that. DO NOT buy the combo with the regular controller and either of the Goggles or you will be very disappointed!

Great drone! Super easy to fly, fantastic range. Controls are intuitive (if you've got an Xbox, you can fly this). Very stable even with a good breeze blowing. I purchased the DJI Racing Goggles with mine and flying in first person MAKES this 1000x more fun. So far I've gone around 1 mile with this thing and had zero issues.

It's amazing how much of a difference the zoom on the camera makes. The light on the bottom that you can turn on and off manually is fantastic as well, especially for keeping the drone in sight in difficult to see conditions. Very difficult shots previous to the zoom are now effortless, and with the camera set to 1080/30fps the range of the zoom is phenomenal- who would have thought you could get macro shots with a drone!? Best drone for the money available in my opinion!

Not sure what to say. This is everything in a drone you could want. I upgraded from the DJI Phantom 4 to this and love it. Portability, flight time, ease of use and amazing video & photos. DJI knocked this one out of the park. Love it!

Love This Drone And I Would Say That The Image And Video Quality Is Very Similar To The Older Mavic Pro But With The Addition Of Zoom But 2x Optical Zoom Is Not Alot Wish It Was A Little More. My Average Battery Run-time Is Only About 25 Minutes Not The 31 Minutes As Advertised. But All In All This Is A Good Drone But If You Are Looking For Very Good Quality Pictures And Videos Look At The Mavic 2 Pro. I Have Both Drones And The Mavic 2 Pro Has Way Better Quality Images And Video.

Have flown for nearly 3 years now and have taken high quality videos that have made several ads for companies!

The drone is great and all but its a jack of all trade but master of none. If you want the best picture go for the Pro 2. If you want higher FPS at 4k go for the Air 2. If you just like the dolly zoom feature then go ahead and get it but I’ve seen videos of the PRO 2 doing this manually (not as good). You’ll need the fly more combo believe me when I say this, one battery isn’t enough. I like it and I don’t regret buying this and I’m sure you wont to. Also look up the laws about recreational flying and CFR part 107 before you buy. This drone will need to be registered with the FAA.

stability, range, image, I love my new toy, the only thing I see is that the camera is not stable when the drone stops, something that I will have to find out.

Built well, flys well, good image quality when there is decent light. Smart controller works well, extra brightness when needed is nice, comfortable. Cons, price, controller batteries not replaceable(really dont like this). Image quality in dark, no case, no screen protection, no lanyard.

Thia is a good deone for a beginner, like me. This is my first drone and I was really surprised how easy it was to fly. When you first take it up it defaults to beginner mode. It automatically homes to a hover at about 4 ft and is very stable. Upon taking it higher I took my fingers of the control sticks and it came to an imediate hover. The obstacle avoidance in beginner mode prevents it from hitting things. I really like the zoom feature on the camera and the picture is very clear. Would highly recommend this drone.

This is a beast and so much nicer than the smaller drones that I had. The intelligent modes are very easy to use and the control is so smooth. I bought the accidental coverage protection and I thought I may have wasted my money as it has sensors on all sides, but I am so glad I got the protection when some strong winds took it into the tree and it broke one of the legs during the crash landing. They fixed the whole thing for free as promised.

This is my first drone purchase. I was initially hesitant to buy this model as it was expensive, and I wasn't sure how much I would use it. But I didn't want to buy a cheap model that would either break, or be obsolete in a few months. I am SO glad I bought this one. It flies like a dream, so easy to control. The pictures and video are amazing. The only downside is that I get really nervous flying it in case I make a mistake and it breaks/crashes/gets lost!

Seems easy to fly, camera is great, and time of flight is reasonable. Get a spare battery.

This is my first drone but it was extremely easy to learn and use. I am now able to shoot amazing videos and pictures with little effort. The zoom feature adds a whole new aspect to getting the perfect shot. My friends with previous versions without the zoom all wish theirs had zoom. Battery last about 30mins. The self land function and return to home are great. Makes sure you never lose your drone.

choosing the Mavic 2 Zoom took me a while. I originally had the Phantom 4 Pro Advanced. Crashed it. Sad. Wanted to replace it with the same model. DJI discontinued it. Tried to order it, never received it. Realized I had to go with a Mavic. The American Consumer in me naturally felt that the Pro was better based on price and lens. However, a business partner of mine was getting it. So I felt like we needed to have one of each, not 2 of the same. On the flip side, I didn't want to have the inferior machine. Watched dozens of video reviews on YouTube. Spoke to several experienced drone pilots. Mixed reviews. For night time shooting, the Pro is the only way to go. However, my Phantom 4 Pro had the 1" sensor and I may have a shot at getting it repaired. The zoom on the Zoom made for some great opportunities with real estate shooting and landmark shooting as well as offering that parallax effect that can sometimes really create a wow factor. Ultimately, went with the zoom. My photos are spectacular and my videos are as well. Post production allows for me to do whatever I need to do and for daytime shooting, the difference between the Zoom and the Pro is almost unnoticeable. However, at night, it's almost useless. I managed to get a few great shots of well lit cities but I'm sure the Pro would've done better. All in all, if you're going to be shooting in daylight, go with the zoom. The zoom feature is amazing.

I had the DJI Phantom 4 and loved that drone but it lacked one thing portability. The mavic takes everything I like from the Phantom and put it all in the Mavic and its ultra portable. Great video, zoom 2x and great fly time.

It has treated a drone enthusiast like me very well. It’s very responsive and well made. The only thing I had trouble with was the app, it is a little technical with how many options it gives you, but you get through it. This drone even survived a car hit! I was flying it around the front of my lawn and a truck came by and smacked right into it! It left me with a destroyed battery which was pretty sad but with a different battery I got it right back up again and flying. The camera on it is amazing as well, flew up to 500 meters and took a 360 video of the whole neighborhood, AMAZING QUALITY, no jitters or nothing. Definitely recommend to any drone enthusiast!
