These mics are simply amazing!! They are basically 90% what you get with the DJI Mic 2 but for less than 50% of the price!! They even surpass the Mic 2 in some areas (battery life, portability, connection range, etc)!! My wife and I are huge fans of the DJI Mic Mini and are SO glad they came towards the end of 2024 since we were really contemplating the DJI Mic 2 but were hesitant due to the high price tag!!

Sound quality is outstanding far better than other mics we've used in the past. The range is also much longer to still get high quality sound without issues from a long distance away.

I moved to this drom the 1st generation DJI Mic. Sound wise, both are as good. I dont hear a difference in quality. But where this one excels is the option to cancel noise and keep your voice still nice and clear without it sounding digitized. Smaller form factor but more battery life?! Yes please! It is missing some features but im not a professional so i dont miss those.

The DJI Mic Mini exceeded my expectations. The audio quality is very clear and professional, with almost no background noise. For a simple wireless mic setup, this seemed to fit the bill. I was looking for a wireless mic setup that was simple to use and did not have all the bells and whistles. I was just looking for good sound quality without having to do a lot of setup. Prior to this, I was using a Rode Video Mic Pro on a boom stand plugged into my DSLR camera. Not only was it cumbersome to setup, I also had to make sure I was in the correct position to be picked up clearly by the mic without everything showing up in the frame, let alone leaving me to stand in one position the whole time. With this setup, I get to move around (within the frame, since it is just me doing the shots). The receiver is also compact enough to attach to my camera while it is attached to a gimbal. As for sound quality, it has so far been just about as good as my shotgun mic placed close to me. As for cons, about the only con I could come up with (and it is definitely a con) is to download the DJI Mimo app for Android, you have to go to the DJI website and download from there (along with the warning that pops up saying that the app being downloaded was a risk to the phone). From what I understand, the app is available in the Apple App Store eliminating this whole problem.

Great portable mic. Audio quality is great. My gripe is trying to download the app over android. A little annoying, but not impossible to do. The app works great. Overall, definitely a great purchase if you want to get more into the DJI ecosystem.

Probably my favorite set of mics for live streaming or when you need to be discrete. They are small enough to not get in the way and sound fantastic. Highly recommend these if you don't need on board recording.

Really like this small microphone set up! Ready and easy to use. I iknow theres a bigger version but for me this will do for what i need.

I have really been enjoying these mini mics i just used them to film a video and i was really hoping that they would vut out some of the background noise and just focus on what im saying.. I still need to edit the video but I did listen to some of the video and although you can hear background noise its not nearly as bad as with my other camera mic the sound is very clear and easy to hear so far so good!

The Dji mic mini is a great entry into quality wireless Microphones, the ease of use of this system in beyond my expectations, a great addition to my my DJI action 5 and the mics actually pair to the camera without the receiver but in my opinion i think the sound quality is even better with the receiver and battery life is amazing

Awsome to improve the audio of your videos! Works with you phone or camera. I decided on this model since been making a lot of recordings for my business’ socia media. This holiday I do see myself using it to make better home videos of family and friends

I had a RODE wireless mic that would constantly snap, crackle, and pop while recording on a phone. I switched to the DJI Mic and have been super happy with the quality, volume, and ease of use with the wind buff.
