I bought this item from Best Buy. When I received it, it was open. I took it to Best Buy to be returned. Best Buy wanted me to contact a seller. I thought I bought this item from Best Buy. Best Buy asked me to leave and contact the seller. Again, I thought Best Buy was the seller. The seller did not wanna acknowledge my return request until it was too late. I thought I bought this item from Best Buy, it wasn’t then you made me track down some seller who didn’t wanna talk to me. And now I don’t trust this item and I’m stuck with it. I thought I bought this item from Best Buy. now you’re forcing me to put stars next to your rating and I don’t want to. But I have to to submit this letter. you really don’t deserve any stars at all.
