Huge upgrade for controller Drone is carry over from prev generation with added sensors

Light way is easily pulled by the wind. The camera zoom is a plus.

This is the second DJI drone that I have had that has an out of the box defect. The first one I returned and was assured by the Total Tech call center that I would not be assessed a restocking fee, and yet I was assessed the fee. Last I called them, they said they couldn’t do anything because it was policy, and when I asked them about the path to escalation they said to try a store. When I explained that the store managers didn’t want to waive the restock (I had already tried) I was told it was policy and nothing could be done. When I asked how to escalate it, they said I had no escalation path. I’m making sure every nerd I know hears about DJI’s rubbish quality and Best Buy’s terrible customer service. If I could give this ZERO stars I would.

I recived the wrong items and have not gotten a refund or replacement, its been over a month and a half dealing with this.

I wouldn't know. Never got the drone. Poor customer service. And they lost my drone.

Great features for an affordable price. RC control unit is a great addition, allows for recording of the mission. The waypoints feature is amazing also the master shots that allows for creation of cinematographic moves. All this package in a sub 250g-0.55 lb drone using the regular battery.

They drone is one of DJI beat made products. Its so small and compact, east to travel with on small adventures. Its a must buy if you cant to see the world from a different angle. Buying it at best buy is so easy. Just order online and pickup in store for easy transaction.

I have only had a limited opportunity to fly this drone here and in Kentucky. However limited the flight time, this drone has performed exactly as advertised. As of now I am very happy with the purchase and am looking forward to future flights.

Drone is nice but the batteries don’t hold charge. So thinking you will be able to have the flying times they claim you will be disappointed.

Bought a Mini 4 Pro drone a few months ago. Right out of the box it was recording shaky video so badly it would give you a headache to watch it. Tried every adjustment to settings and nothing would fix it. Spoke to multiple DJI Tech Support representatives who were all unable to fix the issue. It has ruined many opportunities to shoot a good video and now it's being shipped back to DJI for repair. What an absolute piece of garbage for $1,000. Never again.

Instructions are very small and difficult to read and understand.
