Received a faulty unit from Beach Camera! I've reached out to Beach Camera and Best Buy for a replacement. Neither are willing to be helpful. Beach Camera would only accept it if it was unopened. How would i know it was faulty if it I didn't open it up?!?! Best Buy will not support their loyal customer and defer everything to the seller. Save yourself a headache and buy from somewhere else. Now I will enjoy my $450 paperweight that has zero flights recorded.
