I originally absolutely loved this product for probably about the first 3 weeks to month and a half using it at least a few times a week, however once it got stuck in some kind of "demonstration mode" and would never really get back to normal or stay synced. I was able to get it to work maybe 2 or 3 times after it had started doing that, but too many times in the middle of recording something very important to me, it would want to either do a 360° rotational view or would lock onto some unintended spot where I was completely unable to regain control of in control of the device. As much as I loved it in the beginning, the multiple problems it caused me while in the middle of recording, is now how much I dislike this item, unfortunately. Really enjoyed all of the options and features the DJI OM4 had and how easy it was to learn and use.

I had the first-generation Osmo Silver. It was great, but the battery life was disappointing, and it always took so long to balance the phone that I didn't use it much. This version of OSMO, however, there is no balancing required, because they added stronger motors. Also, your phone attaches with a magnet so getting started with this is instantaneous!! And they have added a lot of capabilities to this, which makes it even better!

Bought this to use at our Christmas party dinner. This works very well, as expected and the price was ok.

Everything g i expected. Operates as its advertised to and relatively easy to use. Only drawback is I feel the app could be better

Awesome item. I’m still getting the hang of using it. It is so much better than having to hold and rotate the phone but hand. My video are stable and professional looking and I can use if for photo shoots. I love the body tracker. This is definitely worth the money if you like recording videos or vlogging. The tripod is awesome as well. My favorite thing is I don’t have to balance my phone with this gimbal. I have a iPhone XS max

Tons of fun, easy to use, makes your video footage look great. A bit on the bulky side for what it offers but still a lot of fun.

good stabilizer to take photos with your phone. to take on trips and take photos is very good and takes up little space

What an amazing gimbal! The phone attachment is a peice of cake to use and the magnet used to hold it to the gimbal is pretty darn strong. Camera options are easy to use and the panoramic shot options are great. Super steady and smooth videos, and the smart features (hyperlapse, dynamic zoom & timelapse) are awesome. But, there are only a handful of phones that can use ALL of the features of the gimbal. If you are a samsung user then pretty much accept you will not have all of the smart options available to you.
