We are sorry that you did not enjoy the Osmo+. Wifi can be spotty sometimes. Have you tried using the wired connection to an Android phone?

Awesome gimbal not so great video quality

Every video I shot with this camera was almost unusable. For a 4K camera I was very disappointed And unless your a Best Buy elite member you only have 15 day to find out if this is something for you. I past the 15 day period and could not return it So maybe I will gift it or try to sell it on a website.
