We purchased this product so we could get nice video during a whale watching trip. It worked fantastically! While the boat was constantly moving, the gimble kept the video stable so the horizon line did not budge. It was easy to set up, and the software is very good. Some capabilities of the phone are not included in the DJI Mimo app, but you can use the native camera app if you want to use those features. The 3x3 panorama feature is a very easy way to capture more of the scene, and it has changed my perspective on pano shots. You won't be sorry with this product!

Down loaded the app , connected Bluetooth and off making videos ! It’s that easy . The battery lasts for days ! Light weight comfortable to hold , what else could I ask for?

The Osmo Mobile 3 is an excellent Smartphone Gimbal. Gives You steady shots, and video. Well Made. The hard part is getting the smartphone to properly balance on the 2 axis points. There is a work around. With the supplied Tripod. Set on a steady surface. If Your Phone has a built in level. Use the level to balance the phone in the Osmo Mobile 3. When it is perfectly balance. Find two reference points. Using two different color markers (I use Green and Yellow). Mark where the phone is perfectly balance. From that point on. Inserting You phone into the Oslo Mobile 3 will be less time consuming because the reference points won't change, unless you change phones. The only con against it. The balancing of Smartphone.

While not perfect, the OSMO Mobile 3 is definitely a must when it comes to shooting video with your mobile phone. My setup included an iPhone 11 Pro with a Moment Anamorphic Lens. The gimbal surprisingly handled the extra weight of the lens and I had no trouble with it after the fact. The gimbal’s stabilization is top notch, and combining that with the iPhone’s already amazing digital stabilization, all of your videos will come out buttery smooth. As a beginner level gimbal for mobile videographers, this is definitely highly recommended for its price and ultimately, for its portability!

Overall it’s a solid product, defiantly can shoot some clean footage. Product wise I only had issues with customization in the app. If you wanted to create a story you were kinda locked into their royalty free music and couldn’t use any other music. You also can’t use most the features unless you use their app. So filming for tiktok was difficult but was still possible. Those are only two inconveniences. I mean solid quality, GREAT battery life, I mean it was incredible. The ability of the Osmo was amazing and completely reimagines a phone camera.

This is my first gimbal ever, so keep in mind I don't have any alternatives to compare this to. That being said, I freakin love this thing!! Setup is easy - just pop your phone in there, balance it, and turn the thing on. You can also use the tripod if you want to - I find that I only use it when taking pano or timelapse videos, but it's really easy to use if you want it! I took this bad boi to Disneyland for the ultimate test. I used it during the entirety of the new Rise of the Resistance ride, and let me tell you those videos are all smooth as silk.

This thing is amazing! First rate device that completely changes what your videos look like. Initial setup can be frustrating. Read the setup manual once before setting it up and make sure you follow every single step in order and you will be fine. Take your time! Once you are paste initial learning curve and setup, this will be an addition to your filming you will wonder how you ever lived without it (for recording video of course). It does drain your phone battery a little faster than normal, but it is absolutely worth it.

this stabilizer is very incredible for phone. it’s very steady easy to use and not very heavy.

I bought the Gimbal thinking it would be good to help me record my sons soccer games and still be able to enjoy watching them. The tracking doesn’t really work if there is a ton of movement like in a sporting event. It does work great for other filming. Vlogging and basically everything that you see on advertisements. I was trying to use it for a sports and it couldn’t keep up. I’ve used it for filming sailing, hiking, family events etc and it does an exceptional job

Great product. 2.5 charge gets you 15hrs. Relatively user friendly. Small enough to be carried around wherever.

I expected it to be more expensive. Got it on sale too so it was definitely worth it. I'm glad I never got the previous versions because this is foldable and has USB C. Activation was slightly confusing because I thought there was going to be a manual but everything is done through the DJI Mimo app. If you've had the previous versions, setup will most likely be easy. If it's your first time like me, it's not hard either. Great quality feel to it too.

I bought this to use because I am creating a YouTube channel. I have a video there you can see how stable it is on our golf cart. The Chanel name is FindingFunEverywhere. This is a great product. It takes your videos up a notch making them look very professional and stabilized beautifully. I wish it had small markings for different size phones to make it easier to balance the phone, but other than that, one of my best purchases.

This thing works great. It keeps things really steady even when running. It was easy to connect to my phone and worked right away. The software is easy to use and gives you allot of creative options. Since I have purchased it there have been new features and shooting modes that have been added. Watching some tips and tricks helped me to learn things I didn't know it could do but were as easy as touching a button.

I purchased different devices in search of a particular feature, follow me. The dji osmo 3 works flawlessly. Simple to navigate and once you tag an item just let go and it does the rest. It is able to keep up fairly fast. It can be mounted on the tripod it came with or an camera tripod or held comfortably in Y our hand. Smooth transitions with little to no shaking. Folds up small and compact. I'm amazed with this product.

Well worth the money I enjoy recording my family with the DJI Gimble. I thought this was a great device even if I am not a Youtuber or Instagram fan. I Just like to make sure that the videos are steady and still. These videos look great, it works great with my Samsung S10+. I had to buy another case for my phone because the grips weren't able to hold on to my phone but I did have a huge case on my phone.

I was surprised by the build quality. DJI has their mould maker on lock. Very small seam lines if any are visible at all. Has a nice feel in your hands. I was surprised they could build something at such a quality standard for such a low price. If you want an "inexpensive" gimbal for your mobile phone I would recommend this product. It's been nothing but good to me for the past month of continuous use.

The stability this gimbal provides is amazing. What annoys me is that DJI only fully works with Crapple, er Apple phones. What I means by this is no 60fps anything for Android phones when you their app. There is a workout though, you dont technically need to run the app to work. Use the app for calibration and then choose your stability or shooting style. Then just go to the main camera app and use it manually. You will lose the Active track 3.0 (Camera/Gimball will follow selected subject). You can use the record button on the Gimbal to start/stop recording though and all the quick trigger features will also still work. Sad considering the majority of smartphones in the world are Android and have had 60FPS for a lot longer than Crapple er Apple.

Bought this to shoot some "in office" demo videos for my company. Although it's not quite professional quality (just my personal skills), I was able to make some pretty sweet looking videos that normally look like junk (static on a tripod). Now I'm using this for other things like capturing my kids sports and it's amazing. Also it's lightweight so I can easily travel with it. Definitely reccomend!
