I bought a Phantom 3 Pro along with 3 extra batteries and they have served me well. Require about 10-15 minutes to cool after use before they can be recharged, but with a Goal Zero Yeti 400 I'm able to cycle them in and out of use for a full day of flight. Average life is about 20 minutes of flight time.

Make sure to read the care instructions for this battery and it will perform extremely well. The interface for battery maintenance is more than you could ask for and the scheduled discharge is a very welcome feature. It also has a built in charge indicator, which is nice to have. Once again, read and learn the proper care of this battery and you will not be let down.

Great battery, holds charge, works perfect with our new drone!

The flight time on a phantom 3 is about 25 minutes per battery. Which is a pretty long time. Until you show up at a party and everyone wants to fly it. The recharge time is 90 minute . So to stay in the air with no downtime your looking at the 1 battery that comes with it plus 3 more. They are expensive but I would buy at least 1 extra.

I love these batteries running the camera at 4K the entire flight im getting 20 mins, three batts (what i have) is 60 mins of flight time the footage always looks great and i haven't had a fail yet (knock on wood) DJI is a great company and makes one of the best droids on the market, stands to reason their batteries are solid.

Although there isn't a alternative battery for the phantom 3's, this battery is quite advanced and doesn't let you down. I've never had a bad battery so far (knock on wood) and it is definitely better than it's predecessor. I would recommend to buy at least 3 of them if you'll be out in the field for a long time.

While the DJI phantom 3 drone does a good job of managing battery life, a second battery is a must for a fun afternoon. While you're flying on one battery, the second battery can be charging.

I would give this battery 5 stars if it was in the 70 dollar range. It works great but I believe it is overpriced for what it is.

Each battery gives about 15-20 minutes of real flight time, so collect as many as you can afford!

I purchased this battery to replace another that had developed a bad cell. This defect caused my Phantom 3 Pro to loose power midflight and to drop like a rock. So far this battery is performing as expected but I keep an eye on its condition through the DJI Go app. .

When you need more flight time on your phantom 3 an extra battery is most needed. Only con is they are a bit pricey

This is the only one go get. Don't go aftermarket. Took mine all through the Rockies, holds charge and the illuminated battery charge meter is amazing. I've heard aftermarket ones swell and get stuck in the drone. No sign of that here.

When going out for a day of drone flying you will need extra batteries. These batteries are quite intelligent and I hope the designed features will preserve the battery's capacity and overall life.

I purchased 2 additional of these to complement the one battery that came in my Phantom 3 kit. These are another quality product from DJI that Best Buy carries. A very useful addition! Highly recommend you purchasing multiples for increased flight time.

The smart Battery gives you about 20 to 25 minutes of flight time. It's not bad, but it is too expensive at $150.

Gives about 23 minutes of flight time, still over priced from DJI but no other reliable choices currently.

With my Phantom 3 professional it allows me to have a longer flight time when all I have to do is switch batteries instead of dealing with one battery and waiting for that one to recharge before I can play again.

This battery worked exactly as expected. Since I had upgraded the firmware on my P3P and the remote, first thing I did with the battery is update its firmware too. First flight it worked great and has ever since. Great battery!

Great addition for getting in the extra flying time needed for certain projects or hovering for that perfect shot and don't have time for to wait for another battery to charge. Make sure you do the Firmware updates first thing.

DJI knows how to build a great battery. They have so much tech in each battery. The battery will automatically discharge to around 50% at the set time you give it if you don't use them. That helps safe the life of the battery.
