      Sorry for the inconvenience caused. When the issue occurs, you can perform the following troubleshooting steps.
      1. Check if the frame rate of the videos is high.
      2. whether the unit has connected other accessories (such as a do-it-all handle).
      3. Check whether the object is stationary when recording. (Capturing a moving object will also decrease the operating time).
      4. Check whether High Quality is enabled.
      5. Check the ambient temperature of capturing environment. The operating temperature range is 0°C to 40°C. (The testing temperature is about 25°C. To achieve the most accurate temperature, we recommend testing at about 25°C.

    Broken after 10 months. Camera will not move.

    I filmed less than am hour of footage with this camera (I own several cameras, I create vlogs and youtube for a living) and when I recently went to use this device, the camera would not move. To understand, the camera is a nearly 360 degree free to move anywhere drone camera mounted on a 3 axis gimbal. It is made to follow action, or be controlled by the control stick. The control stick is not responsive, and the camera simply points either straight up or straight forward. The app has a digital on screen control stick, that does not work and the app is either wireless connection or physical with an adapter, neither work. Ten months in, and it is effectively useless. I did not have Best Buy Total Tech at the time, did not buy protection, so now I get to TRY and send this into DJI for warranty. When this worked, it was a GREAT camera. It should last longer than ten months and about one hour of total filming time. I do not recommend this to anyone.

    Unable to use. There is an app that apparently is required in order touse this item. I was not able to install it on my Android. I purchased this item specifically to use on a vacation. Vacation came and went, and here i sit with a useless $500 device.

    Longer battery than Pocket 1, but overheat warning occurs and shuts down if using as continually 4K recording way before battery life run out.

      We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. The DJI Pocket 2 can record 4K 60fps video with a bit rate of up to 100 Mbps. The measured data volume of video files generated in one minute can reach 700 MB. It is normal for the product to emit heat when processing such a large amount of data in a short period of time.
      DJI has paid special attention to this issue when designing the product. The newly added internal "T-shaped" passive heat dissipation will efficiently transfer heat to the metal heat dissipation area of the gimbal's pan axis base to ensure the normal operation of the product. After repeated tests, DJI has determined that the temperature of the handle area will stay within a reasonable range when recording, even if recording for a long time. Please feel free to use your product.
      In addition, the device has a built-in overheating protection function. When the temperature reaches a certain level, the device will carry out self-protection to prevent the device from damage. Please rest assured.
