Ordered the best option for open box that states everything will be in the box, couldn't even mount the camera because the part was missing, do not order open box even if a new one isn't available near you just wait or get a different one.

This is good only this it’s difficult to assemble if your just filming perfect but trying to take it off to take pics then put it on is time consuming

Great product i use it for my sony a6000 mirrorless camera with a 35mm 1.8 and also use it with my sony a7iii 35mm and 85mm i love this gimble this is the gimble for every content creator

Bought for our son who is really into photography. He absolutely loves it, as he can be moving, skateboarding etc and the pictures are perfect!

Works great. I use it with my GH5. can't use some of my bigger zoom lenses, but my primes and most of my lenses work just fine on it.

Such a smooth gib. Set it up very fast but had to use a video to figure it out as it was a little complicated to start.

Very smooth footage is what you get, it is a hassle having to go in the app in order to tune the gimbal, but once you have it set then you are golden.

It’s been a great gimbal. I’ve been using it with an A7III and Tamron 28-75 lens but had to make a few adjustments. Great performance and features.

Work horse. Once you get time with it you will love it... easy to set up but a bit difficult to balance quick so take your time.

I received a Canon M50 for Christmas 2020. I desired a gimbal for smooth recording while we vlogged. I watched countless YouTube videos and learned a lot about different gimbals. I scoured the web to find out as much as I could about which gimbal would be best for my camera. I thought I had it figured out. I was wrong. DJI RONIN SC advertises that it is compatible with the Canon M50, It is the "gimbal of choice for beginners with lightweight mirrorless cameras". This is not entirely true. The gimbal comes with a multi-use cable that connects the gimbal to the camera so you can take pictures and video using the buttons on the gimbal instead of needing to reach and use the camera buttons which is awkward. The cable itself does not fit the camera. there is only one way the cable goes in. DJI includes an adapter for the cable but the clearance between the cable and the axis motor is tight! You would need to purchase a 90-degree elbow adapter to make it work better, Which I thought about, but then I read on DJI's FORUM that they do not support the latest Firmware of the Canon M50 (Firmware 1.0.3.) If your Firmware is old (1.0.2) it will work, sort of. (source: https://forum.dji.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=195224 ) Bottom line, if you have a Canon M50 this gimbal can hold it but that is it! No bells and whistles. My current research indicates that the Zhiyun Weebill-S is compatible with my camera, so that is something to think about. The price between the two gimbals is over $100.00 difference and that is because you can use the Weebill to control the camera whereas you cannot with the Ronin. I am very disappointed. Aggravated too.

Does NOT work with a Canon T7i. Make sure to check compatibility. Camera is simply too large for this smaller model. I don’t believe it works with the standard S model either. T7i is equipped with a micro usb port and not a usb-c, cords provided do not work.

This item keeps the camera steady when in motion. You can also use it on your phone. It works great!

Daughter uses it to film high school sports. Perfect for mirrorless digital cameras.

Works great with my canon m50. Great budget gimble if you can’t afford the newer model. Kinda heavy though
