Definitely not easy to balance and that makes it difficult when switching lenses while shooting. Super bummed that it doesn't come with the attachment to shoot in portrait mode - that should have been a given in my opinion. It's pretty heavy as well, so be prepared for that.

I tried to buy this gimbal from them back in March and I was disappointed when I received and empty box without the gimbal inside. I immediately called customer service to let them know it was missing and I was advised to drive to my local Best Buy to have them replace the item. Long story short, the store did absolutely nothing but had me call back customer service. Meanwhile I already paid for this item and even sent back the empty box TWICE (they sent the box back to me by mistake the first time) but still nothing has been done. Its now JUNE and I still have not received my refund for the missing item. I am extremely upset at the lack of effort from Best Buy to correct this issue. Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. And now the customer service reps are hanging up on me every time I try to call them.

I had the Weebill for my Canon EOS M6 Mark II which is a ASP-C mirrorless body and it is very light compared to the R6. I am glad I did. This gimbal is able to handle the larger load of the R6 and large lenses with no problems. I love it.

It worked, no compromise on gimbal quality but lighter. Also its auto locking system rocks! I cannot go back any gimbals wihtout this locking system.
