Learning how to use it took a youtube tutorial because the document instructions are hard to understand. It works really well and it isn't too heavy.

Open box item doesn't function as expected.

Struggled connecting Bluetooth and gimbal doesn't rotate 360 degree, it stops at 45 degrees. I shouldn't have chosen open box.
