Dont buy open box items - misleading ratings

And when they claim they are in excellent condition and and promise with all the original acceorires, its false advertisement and oi feel many store have thieves , and original acceories are missing (multiple time it happened to me) and when you ask the store, they dont care and simply tell return it if you dont like. Its really bad (out of 5 items recently I purchased as open item as excellent condition missing most of the accesories

Best gimbal

Does not stabilize on all three axis

The third axis doesn’t stabilize. I have tried several times but not able to stabilize and use it.

Open box item doesn't function as expected.

Struggled connecting Bluetooth and gimbal doesn't rotate 360 degree, it stops at 45 degrees. I shouldn't have chosen open box.
