The product I am sure is fine. Best Buy on the other hand is not. They shipped me an open-box item when I purchased new. Would not own up to their mistake?/bait and switch. I would not use them again for anything that's worth more than $20 or so. Dishonest business treating customers this way is not acceptable. Not sure if it is coincidence but can't even upload a photo of the box.

If you have a Canon C70, it's very hard to balance, and you would also need to buy an extra grip to stabilize it. It's also annoying how you lose stability during shoots.

This thing is amazing. I’ve had an Osmo mobile for a couple years but this is next level for my full size camera. It’s like a cinema quality steady cam without all of the gear. Really excited to get some footage with it. Just make sure you balance your camera correctly. I had trouble at first but then balanced my camera and now it’s like magic.
