Tech initially tried to drop the job, saying that there wasn’t the correct wiring or connectors, but there was. I eventually convinced him that the job was possible after calling my community’s handyman. He completed the work, but didn’t even bother going through the whole box discovering the faceplate and wire connectors after he did a makeshift installation with a spare faceplate he found in his car that didn’t match and wasn’t flush.

For some strange reason the sales clerk scheduled installers from a store 60 miles away instead of using the Geek squad here in town (employee was new). They failed to show up the day scheduled and didn’t call til hours later to reschedule No explanation given except phone was out of range! The guys who came were very nice. I could have used a better explanation on setting thermostat

I didn’t need the C wire and was supposed to have gotten refunded for not needing it done.

This is by far the worst customer service and experience I have ever had. I've been trying to get BestBuy to have my smart thermostat installed since June 2020. I've had technicians cancel my appointments twice now and when they finally came out it wasn't install properly so now I have to take off from work again to try to get my smart thermostat installed correctly. The customer service is terrible and no one seems to know what they doing or talking about. BestBuy and the third party NAL group are spinning me in circles! I paid for a service that has no been completed yet. This experience is very stressful. I just want the service I paid for and that's for the Ecobee that I purchased from BestBuy to be installed correctly and have it work properly.

They called the night before and provided name and cell phone number. Arrived within the shorter timeframe provided over the phone. Very professional and handled the thermostat setup in an older house very quickly. Electric AC and gas furnace without C wire that I didn't want to spend the time on.

Geeksquad called before arrival, arrived on time, and was friendly and courteous. Installer took only 10 minutes to Kattan the product, then another 20 to troubleshoot and correct the wiring from a previous instalation. I was up and running in 30 minutes! Thanks, Geeksquad!

This service was not completed, have to purchase another thermostat system is a four wire and the thermostat I purchased was a five wire. Need refund on this service and I have to order the correct thermostat. Tv wall mount was installed and looks amazing

There is no better service organization than the Geek Squad....I wouldn’t use any other organization...

Over charged for a quick install upset I paid $150 and was supposed to be charged $50
