I love my new Samsung Tv the picture is fabulous. It is very easy to use the tv my whole family loves it!!

Removing your old TV is a great service! Best Buy delivered my new TV and quickly had my old clunky console (heavy) removed for recycling. The alternative would have been for me to get help loading it on my truck, finding someone to help me do it, and then drive it to a recycling center.

I had a giant first generation flat screen non-smart TV this person who lives alone knew nothing to do with. When I bought my amazibg Samsung TV from Best Buy the two individual who delivered the new TV were gracious and took that giant worthless beast off my hands. I couldn't even lift it by myself to recycle it properly! They were life savers.

I had an old JVC widescreen TV that I think weighed 1000 pounds. For $25 I could have the guys haul it away. It would have cost me that just to take it to the recycling center and they did all the work of carrying that beast down the steps. Would highly recommend using this service if you have one of the older model big screens. Save your back!!!!

We had a large old fashion TV in a large cabinet that went bad and new we had to get someone to take it away because we couldn't leave this for the garbage. Best Buy removed this TV for us when they delivered a new flat screen TV. We only paid a $15.00 fee to remove it. It was convenient and easy. No worries about how we would dispose of it.

Had an outdated, old large-screened SONY tv that was nearly impossible to move without cracking your back. Was worried when I ordered my new slim line tv how that tv relic would leave my premises. Best buy easily removed the tv for us with ease when our new tv arrived. It went out the door and goodbye forever!

Geek Squad was great installing our new tv. Very professional person. It was a no worry for us with him taking our old tv. Glad not to have to figure out how to get it recycled.

The staffer that hauled away my very old 19 inch Sears television arrived shortly after the Geek Squad staffperson. I had the older television unplugged and ready to go and the visit was very brief. The staffperson was very professional.

The Best Buy team did a great job in hauling away an old CRT television that was located in a tight cabinet space. I will always be grateful for the help they provided.

The haul away team removed my old washing machine and dryer without incident. They were courteous and were very careful in selecting the best route for removing the appliances without scratching the doors or walls.

Geek squad was hesitate to bring my old box TV downstairs because they claimed it was too heavy for them to bring down. I told them to return everything and when they saw that I was upset they brought the TV down for me. I shouldn't feel that they did me a favor when that's their job to do it. They were patient with me that's why I give 4 stars. Next time don't tell the customer that you can't do something when your other coworkers state that you can.

Great service to haul away old TV. Had a 73" rear projection TV that got hauled away! Big boat anchor, but was a great TV while I had it. Great job guys, by getting rid of this 300 pound monstrosity! Thank you!~

When I bought a new TV, the haul away service came with the set, and the old one had died, so it was a no-brainer. The guys took the old one away and installed the new one, couldn't have asked for better service, and they arrived right on time, too.

We opted for the TV haul away at the time our new TV was delivered and set up by the Geek Squad. Just easier to pay them to haul it away then have to be troubled with doing it ourselves! Well worth it!

True to scheduled time - great communications. They switched out TV's from 2 rooms and hauled off a 25 year old 32" HEAVY TV from an upstairs room without a single complaint. Wish all service was like this.

Very good experience. Got a call saying they were on their way. Arrived as promised. They brought in the new tv and took the old 55” tv. Much easier than having to dispose of it ourselves. Well worth the price.

Best Buy set up my new TV and hauled away an older (very heavy) 36" hdtv tube tv. They were able to set up the new tv very quickly and hauled away my old one as well.

What a HUGE relief to get our old TV hauled away! My husband and I were worried about how we were going to get it out and loaded. Best Buy took that stress away from us! AND they did it for free!! :)

We don't know what we would have done without this service. We had a very large rear projection T.V. that needed to be removed that we would never have been able to lift. Thank you Best Buy!

Randy & Jose came by on time to pick up a 55" projection TV for haul away. They were friendly, conversational and handled the job with ease. They did an excellent job with some heavy lifting.
