After I created an account on the app and used the gift card for a purchase, I presumed the leftover money would remain inmy account. It did not. So I was out around ten dollars.

Gift card is difficult to use

It doesn't work. Every time the cashier has to manually enter the code. Some cashiers refuse to enter the code and then I have to call manager.
