Awesome classic edition, thank you Best Buy! I missed the original Limited Run Games drop for this one. Very happy Best Buy is now carrying LRG stuff. Keep the Limited Run Games coming Best Buy! I highly recommend opting for in store pickup as that is what I did and mine was in great condition, I avoid having it shipped because most couriers seem to be really hard on packages these days, and considering you can do an in store pick up with BB and you can't with LRG, this is how I am planning to get all future LRG releases.

Game is great. Best Buy packaging is terrible on this. Haven’t seen one yet that didn’t have issues. Mine was partially opened (seal) and had corner issues. Also looks like they had a security band around it. Already had from LRG so I only wanted the CE for collection purposes so, I am sending back.

This is getting the low score for the review because of how poorly ships collectibles. Mine was shipped in a bubble mailer and had several corners damaged. The actual Collectors Edition is really nice and Limited Run did a really nice job with it but Best Buy really dropped the ball shipping it.

I usually order from Limited Run themselves but seeing as how Best Buy had this, I gave it a try. The packaging was a little beat up but nonetheless, everything came in really good quality.

Added this for my Doom 64 collection (twice), sadly best buy shipped this in a bag where the corners were dented. Now I don't know if they came this way or if it was of best buy's packing. But seeing they sent this in a bag I can't rule it out so that's why they are getting 4 stars.

Limited run is really catering for those us who are into preserving our physical games and the quality and content that comes packaged in their products is truly worth it.

Not for playing, just a collector's item. This is a 25+ year old game without any upgrades. Should be free on Nintendo online. Don't waste your $ to play this game, sooo many others did the First person shooter way better.

This was a special edition version which came in a cardboard box that made it more unique. It was shipped carelessly in a bubble wrap envelope which damaged the cardboard. There are tons of angry customers because of this. I know this because I’m on Facebook groups for limited run games.

Bad shipping leads to damaged products. If the value of a product is over a certain amount it should be packaged in a box not a bubble mailer.

I seem to be one of the few people that was lucky enough to get mine shipped right. Shipped in a box close to the size of the game with plastic bubbles to fill the rest of the space. The package is incredible- the outer box is nice and sleek, the metal cart is high-quality, the interview booklet was fun to read and the poster looks clean. The game itself is probably my favorite pre-2016 Doom game.

They put the sticker over the back which was a huge mistake for someone that wants to keep closed

Best buy shipped this very poorly. They just stuck this collector's edition product in a cheap plastic bag and away it went. Of course it came damaged, but you can't exchange because they have no more. Spend an extra 25c bestbuy and ship in a box with some padding to prevent it from wiggling around. Shame on you, bestbuy.

Limited Edition did a really good job with Doom 64 Classic Edition for the Switch. BestBuy's poor shipping is the problem. It came dented and damaged.

Like most people, I bought this as a collectible item. Bestbuy decided to ship this item in an envelope instead of a box. My item showed up with dented corners, but that’s better shape than some of the other reviews I’ve read.

I don't know why Best Buy is thinks it's a good idea to mail collector's items in a bubble mailer. All the corners are bent on the cardboard collectors box. There's scratches on the front with a big fat red sticker marked for shipment pasted that you have to peel off. Up your game on the collectors items shipping Best Buy.

Absolute horrible packaging job!! This is a collectable and Best Buy just threw it in a bubble mailer!! So of course it came delivered full of big dents and all corners smashed in!! This should have been bubble wrapped and shipped in a box! I’m surprised limited run let them get away with this! I would had paid more to have it shipped in a box to protect my investment! Best Buy make this an option in the future this is inexcusable!

It’s becoming a ongoing issue to see that Best Buy ships most my collectors edition games so poorly / bubble mailer!! But then I buy like two single regular switch games and they Mail them loose in a big box!! SMH!!

Great collectors edition but Best Buy needs to start shipping items like this better. The game was shipped in a big box with no protection surrounding it. My item came all dented in the corners. I would recommend staying away from Best Buy when buying collectors items like this because it shows that they dont care about someone elses item.

DOOM 64 what more can i say. Love this game and love everything about it.
