Seems like it has a lot of depth as you play it. Seems like you run out of ammo constantly even on easy. I understand they want you to use more than one weapon but it gets frustrating when you run out of every weapon.... Only when you get the extra perks like grenades and flame mods do you start alleviating the ammo problem. Solid game for a gory shooter with finishing meelee moves.

Great game. I love the new doom series. The gameplay, graphics are awesome. And the game play really smoothly.

This game is littered with split second decisions and quick counters. It forces you to learn the enemy types, their movements, and how to beat them. While I wouldn’t want this type of game all the time, it was extremely refreshing in the midst of all the CODs and Battlefields that never change anything.

Doom Eternal is a bloodier, harder, and better sequel to Doom 2016. The added platforming is very cool and the added mutliplayer mode is very fun for something a bit different. The only complaint I can think of is how cluttered the screen gets with all the upgrades and information. But it's a minor issue.

Fast paced, gory, great soundtrack. Doom Eternal is a Great sequel that surpasses the reboot and is highly replayable.

This game is a lot of fun and continues were the last doom left off. It is still really fast paced and challenging on higher difficulties. The only negative was some of the platforming which did not have the best controls. If you liked the last Doom, you will really enjoy this one.

The game is great for people that like violent games and as for some of the glory kills with some of the demons a ton of difficulties as well as finding all of the collectables.

Great game but the controls keep you from being a better shooter aim is off hard to keep sight on target.

I was really let down by this game - the levels feel more enclosed and linear than the last, the combat feels limiting since you almost have to use the right weapon for each enemy, and the difficulty is much higher. It's still not a bad game, and I can definitely see how it could appeal to some, but for me it took away what made the last game great.

Amazing game! As a FPS fan I needed this. Too bad Halo got pushed back. Doom runs so beautifully on the One X. Can’t wait to see on Series X. It’s on GamePass now but if you don’t subscribe (which you should) then definitely pick this game up! 6 outta 5 stars

Great graphics and gameplay. The plot is really cringe and stupid. Still worth the journey.

Fast and furious action. Beautiful, gruesome and violent with great controls. Go buy.

If you liked the last Doom game, this one will be right up your alley. Bigger, faster, bolder, and even louder. The action is insane and it only gets crazier from the very beginning. Lots of great eerie visuals, awesome soundtrack, and a pretty manageable difficulty system. Only drawback is a little low on variety at times, but it is ultimately an FPS so you know a bit going in what expectations to have.

A birthday gift for a friend......and one of the top games of 2020. After seeing how the year in gaming went, you can't go wrong with Doom Eternal. From impressive combat to a stellar soundtrack, this is one of the contenders for GOTY.

This game is such an adrenaline rush! Never a dull moment. I've never played any of the Doom games and was on the fence about getting this game, but I'm glad I didn't pass it up. If you love fast paced, shoot 'em up games, then this is the game for you.

While quarantined you probably won't to rip off the other people living in the house. Don't do that instead buy this game. Simple run and gun. Then the icing on the cake with glory kills that will make all that tension go away.....from the demons......

If you loved DOOM 2016 you'll love this. The action is just as great, the weapons are fun, they add a good mix of story without losing the tone of the game. Also, the new enemies, especially the guy the axe, are so challenging, this game is awesome!

Better in every way than the stellar Doom (2016). If you're a fan of the first Doom, go get this one. You won't be disappointed. If you missed Doom, go buy it and pick this one up too. You're stuck on quarantine anyway, so you might as well enjoy it.

This looks great on my new 4K tv with the latest Xbox. Mainly my wife plays it because I play on PC, but it looks fantastic. Can’t comment on the actual gameplay. I’m jealous that I only have a 27” monitor and the wife is playing on 65” Oled.
