Fun game with fantastic graphics. My 14 year old loves it.

Not only is this game awesome, it's also REALLY tough. Especially the DLC. You go from 1 to 100 really quickly when you start playing that. Fans of Doom (2016) should find this to be pretty familiar, though with much prettier (Doom "pretty"?!) environments and a lot more platforming elements. Not my favorite part, but the combat is rock solid.

Pretty good game with simple but enough story to follow and fill in the lore of doom guy with reading the documents through out recommended. Gameplay is amped up with lots of option to use and more agile combat. Only annoyance is reduced ammo capacity and need to melee enemy with some frequency to replenish.

If you enjoyed Doom 2016 then I recommend that you play this one. The controls are fluid and the action is fast paced. Sometimes you die and don’t know what hit you but that’s because the enemies are aggressive. If you slow down for a second and think about the enemies’ weaknesses then approach them, they go a lot easier.

Very fun game with a lot of action and metal music.

You need to be on top of your stuff and ready to engage with all this games systems if you want to beat it on anything other then the lowest difficulty. This will make you learn how to play and is not something entered into casually. That said I think it is very rewarding for those ready to take on the challenge. For me I found each level to go on about 10-15 minutes too long, but your millage may vary.

If you liked the last DOOM game, you should love this. It expands on everything the last one did right. There is never a dull moment in the game; in fact, it's impossible to stay still for even a moment because the action is non-stop. Fun to play, super challenging, and ultra-violent. Good stuff.

This game was right on time! It was exactly what I needed to help me in my social distancing... I really enjoyed DOOM 2016 and while they did add some unnecessary stuff to this one it’s still pretty good. If you like fast paced action and a reasonable amount of challenge you should like this.

lately games have been coming out and kind of focused on the multi-player aspect of the game and the campaign usually suffers and it seems short, but this game right here gives you some challenge, it just bombarded me with enemies and good storyline, definitely can't wait to beat it

Story: As I said, this was my first DOOM experience so I didn't know if I would be engaged, but I loved it. The amount of lore hidden around the world was amazing, and truly brought the player into the world of the Slayer. I know some people disliked the use of cut scenes in this game, but I thought they were a pleasant respite from the action and helped to flesh out the story, especially if you didn't feel like reading all of your Codex entries mid-game. The Fortress of Doom also made the character feel more real than I was expecting. 10/10 Aesthetic: Beautiful, brutal, grisly fun all around. Being able to see the damage done to individual demons is incredibly cool, and adds a pseudo-health bar that is so unique. the environments are massive and well thought out. I truly enjoyed looking at this game as I played it and took time to take in the scenery. Plus the music is so intense and perfect for the feel of the game. 10/10
