So far this title is pretty smooth. I love being able to play last years doom on handheld. However, that is the only way I recommend the game be played. It looks horrible on my 50” TV

The gaming experience has been amazing so far! Sometimes the music/sound effects fade out for no apparent reason though (from what I read online that’s not supposed to happen).

Have not played it on the Switch yet. But what I have seen this will keep my cousin entertained on long trips. He loves FPS games and is getting a switch this year from Santa.

Its Doom 2016 baby!!! What isnt there to love about this game!? Good music, fast pace action, and playing on the go! One of my favorite FPS. Next best thing until Doom Eternal comes to the Switch. Graphics downgraded but doesnt take away from the quality of gameplay.

There are a few graphical changes, the frame rate is 30frames, but all in all this is still the incredible DOOM experience on Switch. The only downside is that it's very difficult to play in handheld mode. This is definitely a big screen experience. If you haven't played this game yet and you own a Switch, get it.

This rebooted DOOM is excellent. The game play is fast and brutal. The speed and "keep moving or die" experience is fully here just like the classic doom of old. The sound track and sound effects are a full assault with full surround sound. Buy Doom you will not be disappointed.

Panic Button made people forget the fact that the switch is underpowered. They were able to pull off a pretty amazing port of the 2016 Doom. Sure, it is a little blurry and you probably should skip putting it in docked mode, but if you did not play the superior versions of this game before you should do yourself a favor and pick this up. Quick note, use the pro controller instead of the standard joy cons.

My son had to have this game. He loves it. Cool graphics and lots of action.

Tried the one for the ps4 did like it. But with the one for the switch is pretty good. Only bad part is no online

DOOM for the Nintendo Switch is a fantastic port that deserves to be heard out. The only issue is a random audio issue that happens in the gameplay once in a while.

Had this game on my Xbox One to where it looks amazing in 4k clarity. But the switch gives me the added benefit of being able to bring it with me on the road. Sure it takes a graphical dip, but considering, it looks really good on the switch, and is a lot of fun to play on the road.

Doom is a big game that suffers terribly from being ported to less impressive hardware. It has serious resolution drops if anything is happening on screen, the framerate slows down massively in combat, and the audio frequently cuts out entirely. Adding to this, there is a 9GB required install with a retail copy, and the only multiplayer component of interest in the other versions is not present.

Good game, nintendo is getting better. Bullets, monster and hero. Packed in a small cartridge. Very pleased

The game plays well in both docked and handheld. Handheld is my preferred way and it runs very well. It is a bit blurry at times but it’s really good overall.

I've never played Doom before, but was excited to see a shooter come to the switch. I was not disappointed at all. Game play was amazing and it scratched my shooter itch on the switch. There are some visual drops playing in hand held, but well worth it to be able to play hand held.

I've played Doom and Quake games forever on PC. I was shocked to see it come out for the Switch. It takes a while to get used to playing it on a console after several years playing with a mouse and keyboard. I was not disappointed. If you love First Person Shooters, then you need this game.

I was pleasantly SURPRISED! It plays just as good and looks as visually stunning in handheld mode as it looks on a TV. I think I like playing it in handheld mode because it's the only first person shooter I own on my SWITCH! And it runs great, can't wait to dive into the campaign some more!

Great 3rd party support on the switch. While not as crisp as other versions,this is a great addition.

This game is great! 10/10 would play again. If you like FPS games you will have fun with this one
