I double dipped on this, But it is DOOM on a portable system. It's glorious even though the game is not without it's technical issues. Frame rate is at 30 most times, graphics aren't as sharp as on other consoles. But when you're playing you really don't notice most of this stuff cause the game is intense and engaging.

This game looks amazing on the Switch. Probably the best port I've ever seen. Gets all the performance it can out of the Switch, and suffers very little framerate issues.

Doom on Nintendo Switch is an impressive game. Not only is the graphically intensive game running on a handheld system. It runs well at a solid 30fps and when frame drops happen it never hurts the gameplay. The game is simple your goal is to destroy any demons that get in your way with fun fast pased first person shooting gameplay. It's really cool seeing this game running on a handheld and nothing is cut from it. Multiplayer mode is still here as well and works fairly well. The only gripe I have is the joycons might feel uncomfortable after a while and a pro controller or grips for the joycons may help you play longer.

It's very pretty and plays great. I can't believe they managed to get doom to run so great on the switch, considering its the size of an amazon fire tablet. I love it !!!

For a very cheap price, just a great way to play some modern Doom on the go.

If you're only going to have one Doom game, this is it. My 58-year-old husband and 21-year-old son enjoy playing this. My husband had the original Doom game two decades ago so this brings back a bit of nostalgia.

This game is awesome I’m so many ways but I won’t go into every detail but all I can say is I love first person shooters and this one is one of the best to play! A must for doom or first person shooter fans!

Fantastic first person shooter. Deamond look great and getting close enough to them and ripping their face asunder is immensely satisfying.

this is the best DOOM game I’ve ever played. It looks better on the other systems but you can’t beat the portability on switch.

Really fun game, didn’t play it when it came out, but really like the portability, just never stop moving. Never take cover. Great soundtrack.

I love the fact that I can be hungover in bed playing this game. It’s pretty impressive that they got it to run on the switch. The texture details have definitely suffered, but it really doesn’t matter because you’re running around blowing stuff up so fast that you don’t really notice. There’s a multiplayer mode which seems ok too. I really like arcade mode though since it gives you all the weapons, and lets you run through any level in the game with a scoring system. My only concern is that there is never enough fuel for the chainsaw.
