Very fun campaign and the multiplayer is fast paced action

This game rules. It looks awesome, runs great and is a ton of fun. It's also highly reviewed by basically the entire internet. I got it with my gamers rewards club card for like $10 off the day it came out. You can get it even cheaper now. If you've been holding out on getting this game, wait for a sale and grab it. It's awesome.

Amazing shooter none stop action awesome game worth the buy

I bought this so I could play it with my son. I remember playing Doom on PC way back in the 90s, and wanted to introduce my son to the franchise. The game itself is great. Graphics are really good (XB1), the plot is familiar, all in all, it's something any FPS player would enjoy. BUT, I was expecting to be able to play split screen 2 player, and that's not an option. That is the only reason I can't give this game 5 stars.

I was hesitant at first but this is another great installment by ID. It's kind of like Doom and Quake mixed together. The gameplay is very fast and non-stop action. It's just all around fun game you don't want to put down. The story is ho-hum but who buys Doom for the story. Graphics are top notch and their are tons of secrets to explore.

Game has some fun moments, but gets a little stale even just playing through the first few levels. It is challenging because they continue to throw enemies at you, but otherwise it can get a little boring. I will continue to give it a chance, but otherwise it's hit or miss for me.

This game draws back to the good old days of 90's shooters where gameplay comes first, and story comes second. The gameplay is fast, fun, and addicting. If you like old school FPS games, you can't go wrong here. It also does a good job of putting a modern spin on the franchise, so there's still fun to be had for new school players too.

Doom was a staple of my childhood. Never did I think it would make a return. And boy did it ever. It's everything I loved about the first one... monsters, guns, gore.. but it's fresh and marvelous for current gen systems. Can't say enough good things about this. Rated M for a reason though!

The graphics and action in this game are extraordinary.

Have had this game for a while. The only downside... You will probably want to buy a new tv 4k or new HD.. Cause the graphics are intense! Very fast paced game. It is such a great game that you can watch someone else play it and not be upset your not playing right now. Thank you for bringing this classic game back with overhaul!

I've played this game when it launched back in 2016 but never got around to finishing it until now when it was on sale for $6. Truly an awesome game from start to finish!

I have been playing DOOM for literally decades and thought that this would just be a rehash. Nope, this is a phenomenal game! I have already replayed several levels and will probably replay the whole game which I very rarely do. Great game!!!!!!!!!! No wonder it took so long to put out. I wish they would do this with Wolfenstein.

I have been playing Doom since the first game came out back in the day. I really loved the single player in this game. I liked how it incorporated old characters and levels. It was a challenging and fun adventure. I would recommend this game for anyone that loves gore and just straight up shooting. Enjoy your fight through Mars!

Was a little worried about this title being outdated and just not fun. Boy, was I wrong! Game hasn't reinvented the wheel of Doom or anything but is still a great game to play. They have also incorporated Easter eggs from the 90's Doom that gives it that extra staying power. Not sorry about picking this up and neither will you.
