Really fun game. Same theme as the old ones but better game play. All the new guns are awesome. The detail in building your character is well done.

Great game and a great lead in to Doom Eternal!! Really great reboot of the franchise

Now this was a game well worth the wait.... not like the duke nukem failure... you meet some pretty gruesome monsters in here and the graphics are pretty awesome. Weapons are upgradeable and the chainsaw is visually awesome... it's like the old game where some parts are just gonna take several times to finally pass it and kill those guys holding you back.

I absolutely love it. Fast paced shooting good variety of enemies to kill takes me back to the original doom. If your a fan pick this up.

Its good to play a game that knows what it is and Doom doesn't pretend its something it's not. What the game does great is fast paced combat. Looks great plays smoothly.Good story but it does get a little repetitive. Love trying to find all the collectibles. Well worth the money. Did not enjoy multiplayer. Too much of an advantage to people that can play and level up. If you play occasionally you will be at a great disadvantage.

This game brings back great memories of playing DOOM on my PC! Now i get to share those memories on XBOX ONE, AWESOME!

as a previous Doom player and seeing this emerge on the current-gem of consoles is such a huge leap. the multiplayer, the campaign and the level editor systems make the longevity of this game even better. you'll be building cool maps to play with your friends and you'll be replaying the campaign a million times because it's so fun!!

Fast-paced and in your face, DOOM never lets up on the action. Airtight gameplay with phenomenal music and sound.

Call of duty sucks. Doom is awesome. want something different? get doom, skip the tired old call of duty series. they suck

I love the original Doom games and thought Doom 3 was a good game but this version is over the top. It stays true to original Doom and Doom 2 but it is so much more enhanced! It maintains the color coded keys and teleporters as well as the original weapons and also adds some new toys! An absolute must buy for Doom fans!

I've only put a few hours into this game so far but it is a glorious, messy-good time so far. The graphics are fantastic and the controls feel great and fluid. Frantic, fast-paced, in-your-face, no B.S. craziness. Exactly what I wanted from a new DOOM game, it's so good!! In all seriousness though, this game is really mature rated, so think twice before buying it for the kiddies.

First time doom player. Game is a lot of fun for new Xbox players and old. Great graphics and good levels.

Graphics on Xbox One are really good, gameplay is smooth, fun action style shooter, scary at times and challenging. Great price on sale.

This version of DOOM remained far more true to the original games than DOOM 3. Unlike DOOM 3, this game brings amazing graphics and amazing storyline. The feel is great and gives you a fast paced environment with fun reimagined versions of old weapons. The secret areas and actual old school DOOM levels you can find further enhance the experience. I highly recommend it.

They really got back to the classic DOOM style. but with excellent graphics and awesome sound effects.

Doom encourages that the player keep moving to stay alive unlike most shooters out there which encourage taking cover. The on the move kill abilities further enhance this system. The campaign is great and has a good story. The multiplayer is good if you're a fan of arena style pvp.

Great graphics and sound with smooth first person controls at an extremely frantic pace.
