gift card literallyy didn’t even work on amazon :(

Wait for 20% grubhub seems to be better value but not bad

They never shipped it. Had to call and have tjem send it. Opened it while on phone with rep. Had a zero balance. Never had any problems with other ones before. Was never resolved. Had to contact credit card company. Buyer beware.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my recent experience involving an Door Dash gift card that I neither purchased nor received, yet it was processed and associated with my account. This situation raises serious concerns regarding transaction security, fraud prevention controls, and overall account protection. I spent six days, four hours, and thirty minutes communicating with customer service attempting to resolve this unauthorized transaction. During that time, I repeatedly explained that I did not make this purchase and requested that the transaction be stopped. Not once did a representative proactively contact me with an update. Every follow-up required me to either call or send emails. The lack of ownership, urgency, and internal coordination is unacceptable—especially when dealing with a financial matter involving potential fraud. Digital gift cards are well known fraud targets. Customers rely on retailers to have strong verification protocols and rapid response procedures when unauthorized activity is reported. The failure to prevent or promptly resolve this issue reflects a serious gap in internal controls and customer protection processes. I expect the following without further delay: A full investigation into the unauthorized transaction Immediate reimbursement or account correction A detailed explanation of how this transaction was processed without my authorization Written confirmation outlining the safeguards implemented to prevent recurrence This experience has significantly diminished my confidence in your transaction security practices and customer service standards. I expect this matter to be treated with the seriousness it warrants and resolved promptly.
