It's consistently quick, and feeds the family in a pinch. I use it way too much. But the important thing to know is that you'll usually have the gift card by the time you've put the family's order together. It's way too expensive of course, but that's Doordash itself. The gift card service is great.

Easy to use and apply to account. Keep in mind that all your gift card credit takes priority for the spending, so you currently cannot switch to using your credit card until you GC balance is zero. This means you can potentially miss out on those limited time cashback bonuses from your credit card (i.e. AMEX offers, etc) if your door dash GC balance is too high.

Anyway, I'd say if you're looking to bolster up your shopping cart so you could get dat sweet sweet promotional interest rate or you're trying to send your girlfriend some food because she's hangry (guiltyyyy) but you also want to buy a TV at the same time then this will do it.
