What a mess

I have had 4 different crews come to install. The old vent is removed and the new is still waiting to be installed. Now Best Buy ask me to rate the product!!! This summarize an organization with serious problems.

He had attitude and was not accepting his mistake. He made cut in our granite more than what it should have been and left a .25 inch. On top of that he started to blame me that i did not tell him how to cut and i was sleeping.

Installation was never down, and we doubt very much it will.ever be done.

My last one was Ok but saying that this will be his last project as Best Buy don’t pay well

Botched installation
