I placed my order back in July with a promised release date of October 11th. However, as the release date came and went, I received no updates or helpful information about when it would be available. After waiting without any clear communication, I finally got an email on October 21st saying my game was ready. By that time, we had already purchased the game from GameStop on October 11th, not knowing when—or if—it would come in from Best Buy. When we tried to return the game to Best Buy, we were told we’d only get $21 back for a $69 purchase. To make matters worse, returning it would also mean forfeiting the $50 promotional gift card we used. This whole ordeal was frustrating and left us feeling misled and disappointed.
