Played both of these games they get boring quick and all in all wasn't that impressed the 360 fighting got annoying quick and the repetition of tasks in the game it was fun for 5 minutes but definitely would not have bought it knowing what I know now.

Fun game with a solid story that DB fans will love. A few bits here and there could be improved, hence the 4 stars, but overall a great game that's worth purchasing, with a ton of stuff to do

This might be a top 5 db game but still not on par with budokai tenkaichi 3 and raging blast 2 in terms of characters in gameplay, this is also to similar to 1st and doesnt feel like a full blown sequel probably due to fact it only had a year development time, id still recommend espicially if you are a dragon ball fan like me as gameplay has minor improvements that make a big difference but in xenoverse 3 i will like for them to add more characters not just variations, fix some animations and add all forms of every character like theres still not 2nd form cell or 2nd and 3rd form frieza.

Love this game, love the story and the continued support and dlc they have. You have to buy this if you are a fan of DB

I'm a big anime fan, but was never really big on dbz . This game single handedly turned me around. It follows the dragonball z anime pretty well, and the fighting mechanics were really good. An overall great game.

DBZ Xenoverse 2 is a great looking game as it is enjoyable. It features A LOT of character's, almost every character except Dragonball Kid Goky which kinda knacks my nerves. The story and the about of options you have when it comes to creating your character and leveling up your character is really nice. Also being about to transfer information from Xenoverse 1 if you played it prior to this one is nice. The only downside to this game is the story is really similar to the last one and that every character from DBZ is included (including side characters) except kid goku (Dragonball series).

Admittedly, I’m a new fan to DBZ, so I don’t know the long and storied history of the franchise. I bought Dragonball FighterZ a couple months ago and got hooked. I bought a bunch of the Blu-Ray movies and Funko Pops because I think the animation is just really cool. This game is solid, and it does a good job of embodying the look and feel of the television show, so that in and of itself should be enough for any DBZ fan to buy this game. It’s $20 at the time of this review, so you’re not going to find a better value in my opinion. Very pleased!

Great Game, the story mode is decently long and there are so much individual quests to play and the mutiplayer is great!

I have played the first xenoverse as well. This one is pretty similar and a lot of it is the same. It does add some extra combos and stuff to the fighting concept of the game, adds some new skills, some new quests, characters and so forth. I am a pretty big DBZ fan so I still enjoy it but I do wish they added more variety to separate it more from the first one. I would still recommend as I am a DBZ fan!

fixes everything I hated about the first one. the gameplay is smoother and theres an obvious restriction from old generation hardware that this one doesn't suffer from. the ranking is less grindy and you can play raids with 6 friends. multiplayer is easier for parallel quests not that you can make a team and go to roshis house for quick access to PQs. Loving the new story with great what if storys.

Great graphics, fast based action, colorful characters and good balance.

This is a huge improvement over their first installment. Improving in every facet. The graphics, sound, environments & fighting mechanics. Very large roster of all the known series characters. Fight on the ground & in the air. Has a story mode, versus mode & others. Great dlc. If you like Dragonball or anime in general. You won't find a better fighter game for now. Unless you try Dragonball Fusions on 3DS. Which is just as good. Game has good replay value also.

The game is flawless in terms of combat, and the ability to customize your team adds some fun to the story line. My only complaint was early on seeing people you can fight (other players as NPCs) these players are high levels and you easily lose. Very discouraging, but the gameplay is still a lot of fun, especially the reminiscing of older characters with the same voice actors.
