Loved the game play. Graphics were awesome! Great dbz world

This game is decent, but it has so much lost potential... the open world aspect of it is very boring and the side quests get super repetitive, with you doing pretty much same thing every time. A huge plus to the game are the cinematic cutscenes, but even then the cutscenes throughout the game is very inconsistent in terms of quality.

My husband loves this game. Great animation. Really good game.

Kids love the storyline. The navigation is a bit old school. Fighting sequence can take too long.

This game is a blast. I wish it had controls similar to the xenoverse games. The more i played this game the worse i got at xenoverse. Its nice to unlock stories, however the sidequests do start to seem alittle predictible and Animal Crossing-ish. If your wanting customization id stick with xenoverse, but if your wanting to be able to try a new play style and story style this is worth picking up.

Waited a long time to actually play this as I did not think it would be any good. Boy was I genuinely surprised. Faithful retelling of DBZ and the simplistic nature of the game play actually made it that much more enjoyable. Great graphics, really recaptured the big moments of the show and reignited that feeling when I first watched the show decades ago. DBZ fans check this one out!

This game is great for people who are long time fans of the Dragon Ball series. The gameplay at first feels a little rough at the start but after a few hours of playing this game, I got used to it. The fights and some of the missions in this can get repetitive but overall this game was still highly enjoyable!

I was skeptical to play another DBZ story game. However I really enjoy this one. Its charming and amazing to have all the extra story bits thrown in from the author. Its nice from the start to see elements of the original DB story play back into DBZ. Its a fun game, that scratches the dragon ball game itch.

At first I thought this would be another repeat dragon ball z game but this game is so amazing. I have so much fun playing and reliving the dragon ball series. The game is so long you won’t be able to make it through without hours and hours of game play. I’ve put in 13 hours and I’ve just defeated Frieza.

If you love dragon ball z and wanted to actually just be goku and play his story up to dragon ball super with expansions then this is finally the dragon ball z game for you. They really nailed this game and gave me what I wanted all along that no other dragon ball z game came close.

I love dragon ball, so I was obviously gonna get this game, starting with the opening, it has the original anime one! It's awesome very fun and entertaining I would've just preferred there was more goku's moments you could play (I haven't finished the story yet) but overall I loved this game.

Honestly, if you're not a big Dragon Ball Z person, this game easily gets a 6/10 score. Side missions are a joke, background and scenery graphics look like they should be from the PS2 era. That being said, the voice acting and scenes from the main story line are fantastic. I got around 40 hours from the main story, so you're getting plenty of content for what you're paying for. That being said, as I said before, the side missions are a waste of time. For starters, 95% of them aren't even voiced. Secondly, they're just fetch quests. Go get me 5 of these items. Go take this to this person. Awful. So, if you loved DBZ like I did, the Nostalgia makes it worth it. Otherwise, you can probably avoid. Would I pay full price again for it? Probably not. If you can get your hands on it for half off or so, then that's perfect in my eyes!

For any dragonball, dragonball z, dragonball super fans. This game is beautiful made. Great post game follow up and soon DLC. This game fully covers all 3 sagas with flexibility to play with different characters. Due know this storyline covers Kakarot so don't expect any other storylines.

When i first seen this i thought it was a cheap rehash of what we've played countless times. Thankfully i was mostly wrong. It adds little things to the story and game play to make it feel new and different but stays mostly in line with the source material . Gets slightly repetitive at times but over all is a must for dragon ball fans.

Great game! The action RPG aspect brings the ability to truly experience the story of the DBZ arcs and the overwhelming power of your enemies. The 2 on 1 fights (or similar) brings something totally new that gets you closer to the action of the show. Highly recommend.

The game does a great job of trying to recreate that anime feel from the narrator to the soundtrack. My only real issue with the game is that it’s not a true open world game. You have small areas you can travel to but that’s it. It’s not open world like the games Shadow of Mordor, Spider man PS4, GTA etc. that’s my only big issue with the game.

If your a fan of dragonball, this game is a must! Love the storyline so far and the way the gameplay simply follows the overall concept of the anime. Finally, for those who have been waiting for a game like this to follow the storyline, this is the closest it will get!

If you aren't a fan of fighting games and didn't play FighterZ (even if you aren't I would highly recommend that for anyone) this is a game clearly made for the fans. It still hits those highs that you remember from the anime. If you can get past the typical fetch quests and open world trappings, this is an open world DBZ game for you.

Any fan of Dragon Ball Z and open world RPG gaming will love this game. So much to do to keep you bush for hours upon hours! And it was on sale at Christmas time for $15! Can't beat that unless you get it cheaper/free!
