New Dragon Ball game same story

Nostalgic

Like many (many) games before it, Kakarot runs through the core storyline of the Z-era of the Dragon Ball series, meaning it consists of the four main arcs of that story (Saiyan, Namek, Cell, and Buu). It has a pretty fun battle system, but gets bogged down in its side quests.
