The best parts of the Dynasty Warriors set up and Dragon Quest.

It's fun to play and easy controls and nice environment

I think I can safely say that, if you enjoyed the first DQ Heroes game in anyway, you'll feel right at home in the sequel. The more open world design does a good job at making the world feel connected (even if the actual geography makes little sense) and fast travel is activated incredibly early. The only real problem with the game is the massive grindwall that hits the post game, but that's a layover from the first game. There's also a bit of a multiplayer focus at higher levels in the postgame., but the online has been finicky, most likely due to a small community, if I had to guess. It runs fine when it works, but that when is more like an If.

If you have played the first Dragon Quest Heroes, or even the Hyrule Warriors (or any Dynasty Warriors) game, then you will know the basic mechanics of this game. Hordes of enemies that you and your allies must fight through. This version has more open world exploration instead of just leaping from mission to mission... and the characters in this version are a lot of fun, with your main choices able to switch between different weapons to skill up in (instead of being locked into one). Overall, the improvements are small, but they are improvements nonetheless and I find the game a lot of fun to play.

The story is a bit interesting. I mainly got it for the characters and being able to just mindlessly slaughter tons of units like the DW/SW games. Fun game.

Just can't stop playing the game. Best game ever. I love the game story and has a lot of action.

Dragon Quest goodness with a fantastic score, vibrant characters and great Dynasty Warriors action, this is a must have game.

Fun hack and slash game good for any age. Can be a bit repetitive and the music is annoying but otherwise good.

The open world maps between story missions is a great edition that adds some variety to the gameplay while not bogging down the overall gameplay. Graphics are clean and crisp. Feels like some frame rate problems on non-pro system but doesn't make it unplayable. Enjoyable game so far, just wish coop would allow full campaign play together. Currently joining players would have to had completed the mission to join you ruining friends campaign play throughs. Not a deal breaker though.

It’s basically more Dragon Quest Heroes with a different cast and story. If you don’t like Dynasty Warrior type games, then don’t bother. Just know what you’re getting into.

Very fun game. Fans of Dragon Quest will really like all the different nods to the series.

This game series is fun to begin with, but going around in a new way and playing in the world of Dragon Quest a bit differently is a blast. However this game blows the first one out of the water. Certain things about the first were quite annoying, but I think this one fixed all of it perfectly! Haven't beat it yet, but Very happy with the people putting out these Dragon Quest games lately!

Love the game it's way better then the first ond. Gets alittle hard early in the game better grind asap lol

I love all Dragon quests games, and I'm sure this one won't let me down. I hope buying this game will help bring Dragon Quest 11 to us sooner rather then later. I CAN'T WAIT!!

Good game. Dragon quest characters in a dynasty warrior action type game which is different than the traditional rpg turn base experience. However, I found it to be a nice change of pace from the original and would recommend to dragon quest fans as long as you are aware it is a different style game

What more can I say? The sequel is definitely an improvement from the original.

If you played the previous, you know what you're getting. You get bonuses for having save data from the first entry, as well as DQ Builders.

All the fun of a dynasty warriors game with enough dragon quest to keep you going past the boring grind parts. If you have played any of the previous DQ games you will enjoy the character interactions. And if you have played any Dynasty Warrior games the combat will feel very familiar. The magic system will spice up the combat enough that its not as big of a grind as the Muso games you are used to.

dragon quest heroes is back better more characters more enemies epic fights any dragon quest fan will not be dissapointed with this im loving every bit of it specialy the new class systems for the 2 main characters u can select different class to play ur not stuck playing there default class wish the multiplayer was better other than that this game is awesome!!!!

Dragon Quest Heroes brought the series into the HD 3D world, and Dragon Quest Heroes 2 improves in almost every way. Instead of little levels, there are not entire worlds to explore. You can run around the overworld between the story quests, fighting monsters and training your favorite heroes. Very fun and easy to understand.
