One of the most amazing rpg I been play in long a time

I am new to the Dragon's Quest games, only playing Dragon Quest builder beforehand. So far, this is a pretty good action rpg. There isn't a ton of strategy so far, so hoping that increases as time goes on. Graphics are very JRPG and the fights are more button mashing than skill, but so far it has been enjoyable.

This game improves upon absolutely everything from the first!

Expands upon the original in every way you want. great game.

Love the fact you can play with classic characters.

While this game shares it's DNA with the Dynasty Warriors series, it's more of an action RPG than what you'd expect from Dynasty Warriors games. The story is serviceable but the action is fun. For some reason this game still doesn't have local co-op, but you can online play.

This game is fun for all ages. Violence is not too bad, so kids can play in my opinion, depending on your definition what is appropriate for kids. But my nephew loves playing this, not to easy, but not to hard either for kids ages 10 and up. Enjoy

More Musou games!! Although the gameplay archetype is most certainly repetitive (to the point where it might be considered dreadful to others) I can't help but fall in love with it again. My Guilty pleasure.

To me this game is a Dynansty Warriors game with Dragon Quest theme. If you played one, you played them all. It's a fun game. But it's similar to dating a Storm Trooper (from the original Star Wars trilogy and it's prequels), it you dated one, you have dated them all.

This is an expanded version (with a new story, of course) of the original Heroes. What you're getting is a DQ themed musou title with RPG elements. It plays well, but musou tiitles are mostly semi-repetitive hack and slash. Good and bad.

Good game but the first is better this one requires you to summon and play as monsters to defend your objective quite often. Graphics and voicework are well executed but i still enjoyed the first better

Still fun to play for short periods. Mainly a lot of horde mode playing. Shame there is no voice acting between game play. A lot of reading during the cut scenes. Makes it seem like an old windows 95 game.

Dragon Quest Heroes 2 adds a few more characters and modes, but didn't feel different enough from the first game to really make me want to keep playing. Pick it up if you're a hardcore Dragon Quest fan or if you haven't played the first game.
