Love this game, the story, the characters, music. It’s a rpg game made in the traditional way, nothing brand new, but feels right at home !

Dragon Quest 11 on switch is the definitive version of the game with extra content that is not available on the PS4 version of the game, while being portable.

Had the ps4 version. This versions graphics aren’t as great, but the music and portability make up for it. Also includes extras the ps4 version didn’t.

One of the best RPG I have ever played. You can switch from 3D mode to 2D mode and the History is pretty interesting. If you like RPG games give this one a try.

This is my first dragon quest game and wow, I’ve been missing out. The story is amazing so far and the gameplay is fantastic. Can’t put this down on the switch.

I was happy to see this come to the Switch. I hadn’t played a Dragon Quest game since Dragon Warriors on the NES. I used to play those repeatedly over and over. I liked them more than Final Fantasy. I also recently purchased Final Fantasy X and haven’t finished it. This game took over my game time. I’m almost 40 hours in and I’m definitely not trying to rush through it. The story is great and the battle system was easy to learn (pep powers too). I’m almost towards the end it seems but I’ve heard there is a huge postgame story as well. Can’t wait.

I have this on PS4, too, but decided to play it on Switch because of all the additions and upgrades they put into this version. I don't take the Switch off the tv dock much but its nice to have that option when someone else in the family is hogging the tv. The game itself is fantastic, core Dragon Quest experiences... so glad we get most everything DQ related in the West nowadays. Highly recommended, this is the best version of the game!

Great game! I've only played for around 15 hours but do far the story, charactrs, and music are just lovely.

Fantastic game. The only thing not great about it is that it runs at 30fps as opposed to the PS4 and Xbox One versions. The soundtrack is fantastic and a huge jump over the PS4 version. The Xbox One version has the same soundtrack and is better in every way, but it isn't portable like the Switch.

Possibly the best JRPG on the switch. If you like turn based combat and a classic story, this is a must own.

I don’t have much to say about DQ11 switch version. The only important thing i have to say is that it’s really the best Japanese RPG release on the last decade. If you don’t like anime or akira toryama art work, even so, I would give this game a chance. It’s charming and you play it like reading a novel. Really really really spectacular game.

In an age where it seems like the good 'ol JRPG companies of yesteryear are obsessed with straying from the formula for the sake of pulling in new fans at the cost of alienating the longtime fans, it is quite a pleasure to see the Enix half of SquareEnix stay true to their beloved Dragon Quest franchise and it's roots. This by far is a true testament to sticking to the script and delivering on all points. If you don't already have this one, do yourself a favour and add it to your Switch library ASAP!!!
