Brings back my childhood memories i love dragon ball

This contains the Namek and Captain Ginyu sagas. It has American broadcast audio (with good music), English audio with Japanese music, and Japanese audio. Mine didn't come with a booklet - which apparently it's supposed to - but it's not a big deal.

My boyfriend loved his Christmas gift! I will definitely buy more of the seasons now too! I'm a very happy customer!

Great series. Wish store carried entire series in store instead of certain seasons.

Season 2 is amazing it takes all the intense amazing moments from season 1 and out does it.

Great for beginner anime watchers. Love the seasons.

In this exciting season of DBZ, the heroes of Earth go to the planet Namek to obtain a new set of dragonballs so that they can wish their friends back to life. Unfortunately, the Earthlings are not the only ones in the pursuit. Vegeta recuperates and tries to collect the balls as well as Frieza, the horrible space tyrant. This is probably the most exciting and dramatic season of DBZ because there is a new development every show that is essential to what is going on in the story. I love the layout of the DVD's in the case, because it's not always easy to package 6 discs in one bundle so conveniently. There are no drawbacks to this season whatsoever.

In this season Krillin bulma and gohan are exploring a ship that is heading to another planet and has mirrors all around it so frieza cant see it. Once they have arrived at planet namek they pickup 4 dragon balls in one area, but little do they know Frieza has all ready got those 4, to make things worse vegets is healed and on namek in the hopes of gathering the dragonballs and making his wish for imortality, which is also friezas wish. Gohan and krillin have no choice but to team up with vegeta to defeat the ginyu force, that plan didnt go so well for them, until goku had arrived,once there he defeats reccome and burter in an instant, jeice flys off and gets captain ginyu, vegets destroys him and puts goku in the recooperation tank.

I now have to buy season three if I want a chance to see Goku & Frieza fighting, yeah he eventually showed up to fight Ginyu force, but I was hoping to at least get up to the initial meeting of Goku and Frieza. There are times when I thought Dragon Ball Z Kai was a bit stretched out so you know how I felt watching the original Dragon Ball Z with all the filler still in it. I still love the show and will be slowly completing the series.

these were my favorite episodes of Dragonball Z. When Goku trains in his spaceship was great and so was when goku defeated most of the ginyu force. Watching the episodes makes me want to say... KAAAA..MEEEEE...HAAAA....ME...HAAAAAAAAAA!!

the second sesons of dbz is oustanding. these 30+ action pack episodes is well worth getting. the widescreen gives each episodes more life to it. the marathon is great to watch on a rainy day. i give it 5 stars.

Continuing the Dragonball Z series with all the uncut action never seen on T.V. of the Namek and Captain Ginyu Saga episodes (40-74) with its marathon feature and its newly revised English dialogue that makes this a must see series.

Season 2 is by far the best season in the DBZ series. It has a lot of great action and some very funny moments, mainly because of the ginyu force. A must buy for any DBZ fan.

the show is remastered and looks great it's all uncut and it really cheap for getting a whole season it's a must have for all Dragonball z fans
