Finally part two! Didn’t think it would take them this long to make it

The only reason that this game was preordered was to get the free steel book that was advertised. Now I'm told that wasn't in the deal after all. I feel lied to. I went ahead and kept the game, but I was wanting to get my money back. My son wanted to go ahead and keep the game. Needless to say, I won't order online from Best Buy again.

Capcom wisely didn't mess with the formula that made the original so beloved. Still climbing on monsters, listening to pawns discuss what you're doing, and changing vocations like crazy to see what augments you can get and what class you end up liking the most. If you enjoyed the first one, this one is a no-brainer!

No steel book included. The guy at the counter told me they were out, but the steel book would be delivered (out right lie). I never saw any option to add the steelbook to the cart when I pre-ordered this weeks in advance. This was the ONLY reason I purchased with Best Buy in the first place.

Best Buy continued advertising a preorder bonus after they allegedly pulled it for stock issues. No customers were notified and support gives you canned responses to apologize but offer nothing to make it right. This was my first and likely last time preordering a game through Best Buy.

Fun game, but do not purchase from Best Buy. Any preorders for this game were supposed to come with a steel case according to their website, mine did not. When I contacted support, they only told me that my order did not include one and there was no further explanation.

My son is having so much fun playing this video game.

Love the game, so much to do and to watch out for.

This will be the last time I preorder from Best Buy. The preorder was supposed to come with a steel case for free, but it didn't. Customer support was unable to help. Don't preorder games from this company.

No Steelbook and they want to charge an extra $10 to recieve it now. Seems like a rip off to me and horribke marketing since the base product shows the Steelbook in it and said it came with one.

I was told the game would be here on 22 march and here it is the 26th and still no game. I got the steelbook case on the 23rd but the game is still in illinois and I live in nevada and there are no more updates of when it will be here. This is why I am switching to all digital games so I don't have to wait on orders getting lost and delayed. I pre ordered this game with the promise of it being delivered on release day so I could play over the weekend. Thanks best buy for helping me choose to become exclusively a digital gamer.

My son loves this game. He was happy to get it as a Christmas gift.

Got this game for my son and he loves it. A lot of challenges but he loves it.

Love it! Rented it from GameFly and wanted to have one of my own. Used my rewards and got it new cheaper than if I bought used from them.

Can't speak for the actual game. This is a review for Best Buy's online purchases. I pre-ordered this game with the understanding that it would come with an additional steelbook case. I went to pick it up in store on release day, but none of the employees knew anything about a steelbook gor this game. This was the predominant reason i pre-ordered it. Otherwise i could have saved money waiting for it to go on sale.

The game is pretty good, but bestbuy failed to issued the preorder bonus case!
