Great! Keeps everything nice and cold and very roomy

Fantastic game, and a great follow-up to the underrated original. Ignore any unfair comparisons to Skyrim, Witcher 3, or other open world RPGs. Dragon's Dogma II carves its own space in the crowded RPG space and isn't exactly like those other titles and owes more to Monster Hunter World and Japanese action games. (4 stars for me - giving an additional star to offset all the 1 star reviews from those not having received the steel book - I get the frustration, but giving the game itself a low score is unfair - give the rating to the store, not the product)

I’m enjoying the game itself, but this review is more about Best Buy. Like so many others, I preordered this game for the steelbook. The game just arrived today (4 days after release) and it came in a standard case. I’ve seen a couple other reviews about the steelbook being shipped out separately, so I’ll wait a bit longer to see if one shows up before returning the game. If the steelbook does show up, then I’ll update my review. If not, then I will never preorder from Best Buy again. May never even shop with them again, period. Its not okay to advertise a steelbook and give next to nobody the preorder upgrade. If it does ship out separately, then they need to make that clear when people make the purchase as to avoid all this hubbub and outrage. Not cool.

Order was supposed to come with steelbook, was told by customer support that "thats not a promotion we offer at this time" will look into pressing charges for false advertising.

Game was in good condition, but the reason I pre-ordered from Best Buy was for the steelbook. I pre ordered it ahead of time and was told I wouldn't receive it.

First, the game arrived 5 days late. Fine. Whatever. But the reason I preordered was because reports/marketing and the purchase page alluded to a steebook with the preorder. This did not come with the game and it seems like it was never going to come with the steelbook. I can't even spend the extra 10 bucks at this point for it as it is marked as "not for individual sale". First time I have been very disappointed with Best Buy and preordering a game through them. Will think twice before doing it again.

Love the game and that it came with a steel book just don’t understand why it was shipped separately and on different days. Other then that perfect item

Capcom wisely didn't mess with the formula that made the original so beloved. Still climbing on monsters, listening to pawns discuss what you're doing, and changing vocations like crazy to see what augments you can get and what class you end up liking the most. If you enjoyed the first one, this one is a no-brainer!

The only reason that this game was preordered was to get the free steel book that was advertised. Now I'm told that wasn't in the deal after all. I feel lied to. I went ahead and kept the game, but I was wanting to get my money back. My son wanted to go ahead and keep the game. Needless to say, I won't order online from Best Buy again.

Fun game to play, looks amazing on Xbox Series X. Fairly priced and shipped quickly.

No steel book included. The guy at the counter told me they were out, but the steel book would be delivered (out right lie). I never saw any option to add the steelbook to the cart when I pre-ordered this weeks in advance. This was the ONLY reason I purchased with Best Buy in the first place.

Best Buy continued advertising a preorder bonus after they allegedly pulled it for stock issues. No customers were notified and support gives you canned responses to apologize but offer nothing to make it right. This was my first and likely last time preordering a game through Best Buy.

Fun game, but do not purchase from Best Buy. Any preorders for this game were supposed to come with a steel case according to their website, mine did not. When I contacted support, they only told me that my order did not include one and there was no further explanation.

My son is having so much fun playing this video game.
