I like the but New Dungen and Dragon was all better

I took a chance on this film. I never seen it before. It was ok, but the story wasn't kind of dull. The dragon looked very cool. I wonder if I had seen it as a kid, if I'd like it more now.

If you watched this movie as a kid it is a must have as an adult. The conversation from the original 1981 film to 4K is amazing, it was done very well all images look smooth. The review that game this movie a 3 star must be watching it on a non 4K tv or has a low quality 4K player. I noticed no graininess. Great 80’s fantasy movie.

This 4K disc comes in a very attractive Steel Book and slipcover.The art on the slipcover is as I remember the original poster art. when the movie starts you immediately hear the great sound that has been upgraded to Dolby Atmos. Sound is immersive and surrounds you with movement.Rocks seem to fall from overhead.You hear low rumbles and thunderous bass. The picture is clear and shows good detail and film grain. The High Dynamic Range shows deep realistic colors and torch lit scenes looks like Torch Lit scenes.

This 4K is a great step up from the original DVD release, Paramount did an excellent job on the video transfer and the audio is also outstanding, highly recommended!!!

A fun movie that’s never looked better. I brought it for the extras, Guillermo del Toro’s commentary and the director. The stop motion is as good as it gets. For pre-computer generated effects are very good. It has a good story about not giving into evil and fighting it instead.

Im so happy they released Dragonslayer in 4k Blu-ray. This movie brings me back to my childhood like a light switch. The production, the acting and the practical effects were amazing for their time.

Given this was filmed 40 years ago, an excellent transfer to 4K and audio is very well done. Probably about as good as possible. The Steelbook version does not include any written material or glossies, but pics are nice.

The best wizards and dragons movie ever made. Would like to see it redone with the movie technology of today.

Dragon Slayer remastered into HD. I was shocked at the picture quality of this old 80s chassic.

If like movies with a following from way back in the days of star wars, this movie is for you.

The 80s fantasy classic that doesn't get enough attention

The movie was great, but it was "grainy". I have a 4k blue ray player, 4k tv, and 4k stereo, Not worth the cost, just see it on plain blue ray.

A wonderful overall steelbook that is a big upgrade over what I had before! And a fitting edition for an amazing movie!

Finally released in hd , great movie and memories.
