It's very soft and looks exactly like the picture
It inflated to It's size quickly with no bad smell

It's plush to medium at best. My partner and I have back problems and needed medium to firm. I wouldn’t be disappointed if it were closer to firm but that's not the case. We'll keep it out of laziness but I thought other's should be informed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

At first the bed sagged in the middle. Found i needed more support boards. My girlfriend and i like it now.
