This vacuum/mop robot is amazing! I have a malamute that sheds constantly and it cleans everything up well!

It took a minute to connect to my home Wi-Fi, but overall I really enjoy the robot and the app design is very clean and easy to operate. I also like that the unit has an option to lock the touch buttons on the robot and the docking station, since it prevents my kid from touching and activating the device.

I run this robot vacuum M-F every day. I have a lab that sheds a lot of dog hair. The vacuum struggles with leaving little rolled balls of hair on my caroets when it transitions from tile to carpet. About once a week I have to manually vacuum just make sure everything is clean. The moo feature is great. I love the water containers. Set up is easy and the app is user friendly.

You will love it, it is really easy to use it ans works perfectly fine, looks really nice and modern and the app is really friendly . I have a medium dog and there is no more hair on the floor or mats, its sensor makes it friendy with my dog and the integrated camara help me to idenrify where is it and how is woeking .. highly recommended !!

I really recommend this robot-vacuum. It has excellent navigation, cleans up thoroughly and wash and dry mop yourself. 5/5 perfect.

Handles our needs with no issues. We have pets that shed a lot but it gets everything cleaned up easily. Mapping took a couple attempts due to it getting caught or jammed but once the map was complete we’ve had no other issues

It does a very thorough cleaning job however it sometimes goes back and cleans the same area again and one job.

Great vacuum, It is easy to operate and it talks to you and lets you know what it is doing. Big items get stuck, so make sure no big items are on the ground. The mopping is not the best, but it is good to clean up small spots. I love the self cleaning of the pads

Great machine for cleaning and mopping by its own. Really smart and fun to watch.

The setup and operating instructions left a lot to be desired. The use of a board to isolate a couch or room divider is not the high tech I paid for. It does mop and vacuum well once you get it setup.

Well, it started off great. Cleaned very nicely. My wife loved it but it started having sensor issues within a few weeks of use. I cleaned it weekly as scheduled but it started malfunctioning. Now I have to send it in for repair since the 14 days to return to Best Buy passed. Very frustrating.

The only drawback is that the return policy is 15 days because this is a “marketplace seller” and doesn’t qualify for the Best Buy member 60 day return poilcy.

Great purchase. I have gone through many a robo vac, and this one by far is the best. With 3 dogs, the Dreame makes my life so much easier.

We have had this for about 3 weeks and so far, so good. It cleans hardwood floors very well.
