Not worth the headache

I've I opened it, followed all the instructions, washed, cleaned, set up, etc. won't work. Installed the app thinking maybe I have to use it, nope. Almost 2 hours messing with it. I've been asked to call support...I haven't even used it. I didn't want to by a product that I immediately need to contact support on. Returning and looking at other brands. I do not recommend this.

Eh Humidifier

Nothing seem to help and the only trouble shoot they had to offer was to make sure the tape wasn't still on the product when I bought it. Keep saying no water in tank. I took it back and got a refund and ended up getting a more simpler one that works.

It's definitely not a plug-and-play experience. The manual provides minimal guidance, and there aren’t many instructional videos available online, which made things even more frustrating. So far, I’m not impressed. To make matters worse, it appears you need to buy additional filters for it to function, adding unexpected ongoing costs and hassle

We recommended that you use the humidifier filter because if the water quality in your area has a high mineral content, it will cause the humidifier to produce water mist with white dust.
If you use purified water or distilled water, you may consider not using additional filters.

Don't Buy

If you're looking for a comparible humidifier, I much prefer my Leviot.

Remove the packing foam from the base.
Ensure that the float is facing up and aligns the prongs with the brackets. Press until you hear the ”click“.
Ensure that the water valve is installed properly.
Individually inspect the water tank and base to see if there are any visible cracks.

Defective- had to return item
