The AC is simple to install with the included directions. Pairing the AC with the app might be the easiest process for any device I have ever purchased. The app is fantastic all the info you need and excellent features. I have a 239sqf room and it cooled down fast. It's very quiet compared to the AC it is replacing. 5 stars for now I will update the review in the future if any issues arise.

When the building’s AC broke, this portable AC unit became my lifesaver. For my office area, it’s the perfect size—keeps me cool and comfortable all day without being noisy or taking up too much space. I was honestly surprised at how quickly it cooled down my space. Easy to set up, easy to move if I need to, and it does exactly what I need it to do. I absolutely love it—this little unit turned my office from unbearable to comfortable, and I wouldn’t want to go without it now!

I'm thrilled with the Dreo Portable Air Conditioner 10,000 BTU. It cools down my bedroom quickly and quietly, which is a huge plus for sleeping. I especially love the "drainage-free" feature—it's so convenient not having to constantly empty a water tank. The smart controls through the app are a game-changer, letting me adjust the temperature from my phone without even getting out of bed. It’s been a lifesaver this summer!

Pros: Runs quiet and you can turn the lights off on it at night! It has all the usual features and the filters are much easier to get to (no screwdriver needed) making it easy to clean. The remote is magnetic and has a screen. The only thing that would have made the remote better was backlit or glow buttons as they can’t bee seen in the dark if you want to change something. Easily cools at 250 square ft room with ease! Much better than any of the other air conditioners we have purchased. Will be replacing others with this one!!!

Everything time the compressor turns off there's a loud clunk, if your light sleeper you're in trouble It calls very well but it never stops clunking
