    I have two desktop heaters from this company. I needed two larger ones and figured I’d go with a brand I’m familiar with (and like). I purchased them the end of January. Two weeks later, I turned it on to get some heat flowing and it began making this loud noise. I turned it off and on a few times. It stopped eventually. I recorded it then but I’m just now getting around to writing a review. It’s been like this anytime I try to use it. Not until that happen did I remember, I had a similar issue with one of my smaller ones. I was in a bind with very little heat in my building so instead of holding the company accountable, I just purchased another one. Out of sight, out of mind. I checked online for the reasons why this would happen and it doesn’t make sense! The smaller one was pretty new too. It was only about a month or two before it started acting up. No debris. No broken pieces. Very random. Since this first happened, the sound has gotten louder. I really like this heater when it isn’t making loud, disruptive noises. I just realized I can’t upload my video as proof because it’s larger than 10MB….
