Everything was great but getting it

It said it was ready so i went to collect it. I waited at check out for over a hour, with it on the counter infront of me for half that time. Some how it was never checked out of the warehouse right. So it could not process right to let me have it in their computer system. I never once was told sorry. Customer support at the counter dropped the ball on this badly.

Nice design. Horrible smell
