Great addition to my rexing camera. It keeps it charged and makes me feel much safer when I leave my car parked in busy parking lots. Knowing it is constantly monitoring without draining my camera is great. Would highly recommend it.

Rexing products are the way to go when it comes to cameras for your car. There Dash Cams have been great for proving to insurance and the police the exact nature of a crash. This is no different.

This add-on feature is a great investment as it now allows to monitor full time and not only when the vehicle is running. Watch out now door dingers!

Bought this when we had our Rexing dash cam installed. When the camera stopped working, took it back and they replaced this because the Type-C power port had a loose connection. Not sure if it's the dash cam or the hardwire kit but I still don't have a dash cam, nor does my daughter, so this gets the same rating as the dash cam.

Well, I tried the Rexing Full-Coverage Intelligent Hardware Kit around 4 days now and I feel that it doesn't work as expected. It really isn't making sense as I test it and it appears to shut off and on unexpectedly. I don't believe it works as it was meant to.

Unit keeps turning off my camera for no reason especially when driving. Motion sensor not the greatest.

Doesnt work so far. Stays on all the time doesnt turn off. Will edit the review as i hear back from rexing.

Just picked up the Rexing Dual Intelligent Hardwire Kit to compliment my Rexing M2 Max Pro Mirror Dash Cam and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the set up. I’ve been waiting for Rexing to release this hardwire kit as the previous one was sold out for some time. Finally got my hands on this baby and let me tell you, it’s awesome. The standard built in g sensor parking mode that comes built into most of the Rexing dash cams works well, but I prefer recording based off of proximity sensing instead of something bumping or hitting my car first in order to start the recording. The proximity hardwire kit is sleek and slim and install is a breeze, only took about five minutes. I also love that it has a low voltage function which gives me the peace of mind that my battery won’t be drained to the point where it won’t start. Overall I could not be happier with the ease of installation and functionality of the hardwire kit. If you have a dash cam, I highly recommend adding this unit to give you greater functionality of your existing dash cam.

I really liked how this sensor works. Peace of mind when parking in new places. Instead of leaving the camera recording all the time now I just have it connected to this sensor so I don't have to worry about draining my battery :)

Easy upgrade to our older vehicle! We are using this with the Rexing R88 dashcam system. Took about 5 minutes to install. Hides well from the driver's perspective.

So far it awakes the dash cam by the movement detected. Will need to see if the power cut off function really works for long term use. However, it will be good add on to catch the people who damage the car and run away.. ugh...
